What do you do when you are playing soccer alone with just a ball and maybe a few cones but not much else?

I never really do much and just screw around but I want to know what some of you guys do.

I juggle, but occasionally put it extremely high in the air and try to control it. Sometimes i'll also set up the cones in the net so it's about 2 feet away from the posts and try to place it in.

I do tons of stuff, and most of it fun and useful.

I juggle the ball up in the air (10+ times) then when I reach that I just punt the ball up in the air and run and settle the ball before second bounce, then when I get it I run (dribble) the ball as fast as I can back to my point of orgin.

Then there is a sequence I go through (I have NO CLUE WHY) when I'm just standing around: roll ball to the right stop it with right step-over with left, then kick it behind left leg and then stop it again when it gets infront of me. I do that but extremely fast.

And you can dribble between the cones for good ball control. You can can shoot at the cones for accuracy. You can dribble back and forth to the cones for an enhanced acceleration...There are also many things you can do with cones that include Plyometrics.

A fun thing to do is just set a few up and just work on some moves, and if you have something to shoot on, after going through the cones (i use flags, but same diff.) just turn around and rip a few shots on a goal or rebounder.

When I was at a scrimmage w/ some guys, I was able to have better control of the ball; I was able to try a few new things. It takes a few days but it's really worth it.

Mainly just juggling, also kicking the ball against a wall and controlling it, doing a variety of moves. Most of the time I bring the ball with me anywhere, say to the corner store and pass it onto walls, trees, anything really. If I have cones i'd do a few drills around it but fast paced drills.

Juggling, kicking the ball as high as possible and controlling it (very good), dribbling through the cones, shuttle sprints, one of the best things to do is sprint with the ball and try and do each and EVERY move you know 10 times each foot. That is a great fitness workout and good practice at perfecting all your moves
