He is a great striker and there is not a single player of his calibre in the entire planet who would openly say in an interview that he would PREFER 2 be a SUB(yes Owen said that in an interview that he would prefer 2 be a sub for next season at Real because he feels that way he can give his best for England in World Cup 2006 if they qualify), and yet Real management seems hell bent on giving him up, offering him to clubs as if he is raul bravo or something!!!!
I say let him stay and he can always come in and score goals like he did last year, and now that he is more accustomed 2 la liga, he can score more goals, he has more confidence now, he is 2 young 2 give up so early.......
I dont think even swapping with C.Ronaldo is good, with all respect 2 C.Ronaldo, we already are after Robinho and dont need any player in that position.
Owen MUST stay.........

True, I would love to see Owen stay, but he is on big money and Real could bring in 2 or 3 players for the money they are paying him so that is probally there plan.

if a few signings on owen's money is worth it...i seriously don mind...bcoz mayb we shud giv poRtillo a chance...so poor thing...
if we cant get gd players when owen leaves...den owen pls stay...anyway i don think owen will wan to leave...clings on to perez n :mad2: :mad2: den show face..haha...kidding...he is gd...really gd...i really lurf d 4-3-3 formation when all 3 strikers score..so fantastic
I don't think money are the problem, we have them :) The real problem is that there's no player in the world who cares about his reputation and want to stay on the bench :(

Plus Real will make a massive profit on him which will encourage them to sell.

any striker can be great if he is just fed the ball, and owne was fed the ball alot, but i think we should keep, and start him 1 out of every 2 games

lol........i really feel bad for owen, he wanted to stay but not sure if Real want him too. He should stay and Ronaldo should leave seriously...yes im a big fan of Ronaldo, but i feel it's best for him to leave sooner than later. He should go play for Arsenal beside Henry.. ;)

Are you a Arsenal fan, because even with Ronaldo Arsenal would still suck in Europe lol, anyway Ronaldo will not leave not leave for a team in england anyway. If you haven't noticed, Brazilians dont like England and very few are succesful there.

true tat gilberto n edu is doin fine...but note...ronaldo is a striker while they are midfielders...english defenders r big n strong...if robinho or ronaldo bang on sol campbell...we can c d brazilians falling...they use speed, spanish defenders r gd in tackling but not in strength while english uses strength n oso speed more, when accelerating...imagine being bang by terry or ferdinand...sure lose control of the ball...tats y Ronaldhino chose bArcA over man u...n tats y i agree with raulwillbeback tat brazilian strikers will not excel in england... english defenders r 1 of the strongest in the world....they only lose out to aggressiveness to Italians...italian defenders r strong but slow....

You just have to see that no Brazilian who is a world player of the year or has been, would willing go to england. Sure Gilberto and Edu are good player, but look they are nothing special, and I should mention that Edu is in Spain now

And with these strong defenders and strong people..England and italians should be winning lot of world cups ...But that doesnt happen too often..On the contrary Brazilians dominate the world football..
Ronaldo did very well in Italy..and Adriano is doing very good in Inter...And I really believe that lot of Brazilians and spaniards can play very good football in Epl too..

I know he would play well there because the spanish league is a lot better, but no Brazillian wants to live there. Look what happened to Reyes, he plays well when it is hot, but when it was cold, he played so crap.
