Hello
I am an elite player for the alberta provencial team and hope to play on the national team someday. I was wondering if any of you have tips how to play 90mins games.Like I am conditioned and dont get tired but my legs get stiff at half time

Make sure you stretch out well and get a lot of water. I don't really know what the water will do but I'm sure it will help... man I'm drawing a blank here. Uh... just stretch and warm up properly.

Yes, drinking water is very important.

Also, if you're on the provincial team (or do you just play provinicially?), then why not ask your coaches - they're obviously qualified if they're coaching the provincial team.

I play on the provencial team
I was going to but the next time
i see them is on thursday and i just came
from my club game and thought i would
ask here and then ask him when we get to traingcamp

Dude, there's so much stuff u can do to help.

Do you have a good pre-match routine? I made a thread earlier on this forum about that, search for it (I think 'pre-match routine') all that stuff can help.

Drink 2 litres on the morning of the match, you'll have to piss like crazy but its worth it.

Stretching is definitely muy importante! Stretch after the games as well and even while ur watching TV, it just helps to loosen your muscles. I always have extremely tight muscles and since I've started stretching, the problem has been alleviated
