I don`t know much of Turkish teams exept Galata, Fener and Besiktas. I prefer smaller teams (but not necessary). My favorite team all time besides Red Star is West Ham.

I watched some Turkish 2nd division teams on TRT few years ago but I don`t recall names. Can u tell what "smaller" Turkish team is good, who has great fans etc.

You might like Goztepe and Karsiyaka from Izmir. They both small teams but these two teams are the biggest rivals. They games against wach other are something to see. Both teams fans are crazy even though they are not SuperLig teams. Although they both was in the SuperLig a while ago but they relegated and never came back to the SuperLig.

Aryan asked which small Turkish teams are good and you started to praise GS's youngsters and give shit to Fenerbahce. SO, are you saying GS is a small team to support in Turkey? Whats wrong with you? Why would you say that out of no where?

Oh by the way except Conceicao, none of those players are you said are world famous! Players like Beckham, Roberto Carlos, Figo are world famous. They are not! Yeah, we have same here with for ex. United Force (FC Rad supporters) who don`t give a sht in which league their team is actually playing. Loyal `till death. Sometimes I find that "smaller" teams (2nd or 3rd Division) more interesting to watch. There are more fights. For ex. last season Serbian 2nd Divison match between FC Novi Pazar and FC Rad watched 12.000 people and there were huge fight between domestic Ultra Azzuro and visiting United Force (about 500 fans). To be frank I`d rather watch English Cocacola Championship darby-Millwall vs.West Ham (or even lower Divisions) than boring"darby" matches between for ex.Juve and Milan (Seria A is most boring championship-no offense, but I dislike Italian soccer).
