Hello, I have been interested in a new pair of cleats and the price of the Hummel Golden Goals caught my eye. They were about $400 and I have no clue why they are so expensive. If anyone has any experience with hummel cleats can they please let me know if they are a good cleat.? Good comfort, first touch or power? thanks for your help!

buddy, the only reason that they are so expensive is because they are
1.hand made.
2. made by workers from japan
as far as i know, hand made cleats should last longer than machine made, but on the other hand, with the money you are paying for that shoe, u could buy a few pairs of other good shoes...so its not worth it.
secondly, they are made in japan, if they had chosen to make it in india, or malaysia, it would probably been 100 dollar cheaper. so overall, you are paying for the man power.
the only player i know that wears this boot is tommason, and i dont think this boot did a lot to improve his playing.
with that money, you can get 3 pairs of lotto ventos, or 2 pairs of pulses, or 4 pairs of copas.
and imo those 3 boots are all very very good.

Actually Tommason has just finished his contract with Hummel and stops wearing them, he now wears the adidas F50+'s.

They say on there that the LIST price is $409.99, but there price is $0.00 so I think thats a REALLY good deal.
