This is not football but something important.

Today, 18 years have passed about this great night for Greek basketball. It was June 14 1987 when we won the European basketball championship in the full of crowd ''Peace & Friendship'' stadium of Pireas. The legendary team of Galis, Giannakis, Christodoulou, Fasoulas, Fillipou, Kabouris, Ioannou, Andritsos, Stavropoulos, Linardos, Romanidis and Karatzas with Kostas Politis coach, beat Soviet Union 103-101.

The whole country was celebrating in the roads like we did with Euro 2004.
