Bobby usually takes them from a certain distance out. Like they've got areas where only Carlos shoots and areas where only Becks shoots.
Just the way it works I suppose. :)
Though I do want to see a repeat of the goal he scored againt France... amazing.

Yes Beckham takes them near the area line, or near the corner kicks. Roberto uses to target and bomb further, about 25-30 meters to the goal.

i think its one for carlos.. one for beckham.. well or maybe its just a coincidence.. :)

No. I've heard that it's that way.
I've seen Carlos take a few close ones, but usually after Becks hits it against the wall or wacks it way over.

Or, they just both decide it before the kick is taken... Lol
They both line up, and it confuses the other team as to which will hit the ball.
OR...its the distance thing.

It depends on the distance, position and the expectations of the other team. They will see how the wall lines up and will decide which shot would work better:banana or cannonball...:D
Did you saw the Freekick he took against Argentine ? It was amazing :)

Beckham's freekicks are overrated? Wow...that's a new one. Lol
a big portion of his goals come from freekicks.

He saved us quite a few times earlier this season with his 'overrated' freekicks.

That is very true, whether the kick was deflected and then shot on goal, or if it just bent in.

I think both of them are good at the freekick............
but beckham this season is not lucky with freekicks..........
when the player is ready he should play the freekick..........

overrated now not 2 years ago...
he used to be great taking them, but not anymore.....that's just my opinion

Just because he doesn't score on every freekick he takes, does not mean they are not effective. There have been numerous times this season where Beckham has been able to get the ball into the box for a goal.

Like Ronaldo not scoring every 1v1 he's set up with? Sorta kinda like that? Hm, just my opinion.
You can't expect Becks to hit every freekick he gets.

Yup, Becks is suppose to be perfect, scoring everytime, no matter what...
He is human, he won't score every time. He's got 5 people standing in a line jumping so he doesn't score.

Though your post made no sense, so it was a waste or my time to click on 'View Post'. Tisk tisk.

Ok, I guess there is no point to read your posts, because you don't make any sense to me.
Ps- I've lost a lot of face for you. Good to see the Moderator taken away from your name.

About Beckham this year, his problem was that he was afraid, specially in shooting freekicks, while in manutd he was the king there, shooting them freely n so scoring easily. i rmmbr many chances for him 2 score but he give passes 2 roni or zizon results with loosing da chance. Eg a chance against barca in camp nou. at the end of da season he was much better, since lux handled real. they year the nxt will be the bst
