what does a mod do?

rite im curious as to exactly wat a mod does. they luk like as if they juz hav a title n dunt do nutin to tis forum. ive seen sum mods even insultin da ppl who make tis forum full especially ppl who had stayed here for a long time n ppl who post alot. and how do u bcum a mod, it must b simple to becum a mod ainit cos so many ppl r mods

that wont be so for ong dont worry, oh we sit around the mod and drink beer after a nard days work off protrolong the forums, and updating and keeping our forums clean, well i do that not sure about the others,lol

And basically what a moderator does is keeping his/her forum clean (of fights, curse words and advertising), and active (post and stimulate the posting)

Well basically you have to be very active, being respectful and trustworthy. Basically the administrators or supermods choose the moderators based on the needs of the board, also current moderators recommend users as possible candidates. Ans is not THAT easy to become a moderator, it takes work....

haha...nice...i think the mods are doin a pretty good job in cleanin out the forums and gettin rid of fighting but can uz do anythin about all the really old threads that are in the forums like the ones with ppl tryin to sell accomadition 4 the CL or wateva...and also try to deal with the Greek vs Turks racial war tht is goin on atm...thanks ;)

SIN, its impossible to deal with the Greeks vs Turks fights but we try to keep it away from the forum. We had some of them while I was gone but thats not happening again because Im back. Also me and the Greek mods working together to keep it clean!
