With players like Tsartas, Karagounis now introduced to the NT (they weren't in EURO 2000), and Machlas, Lymbe, Dabizas, Georgatos ALL healthy, I think we could take Germany (at least a draw), Albania (A definate win), and England at home for our next 3 games.

These next three are ALL at home and will make the difference. If we can get at least 7 pts, 9 at max from those 3 we will have a good chance!

Germany will win the group, we HAVE to battle for 2nd...

It's something else, i'm not to sure what though. But it REALLY SUCKS and is very stupid to shut down the League for 2 weeks...

actually the league games were suspended for a different reason. recently a bill was passed in the greek parliamnet (the bill was introduced by the secratery of sports in the ministry of culture, greece doesn't have a ministry of sports)that noone that has a criminal record can be involved in the greek football administration, whether it be the greek football federation or the union of football clubs. this bill was passed (almost unanimously)by all the political parties except for the communist party, which abstained. this did not go over well with the federation because several people would lose their positions, therefore they decided to stop the games for 2 weeks to show their disagreement. the greek clubs however do not agree with stopping the league play ( except for Olympiakos and Iraklis).
This bill was passed in order to stop crony-ism that has been plaguing greek football and in order to assure that the people in federal football administrative positions are "clean", and by doing so, salvaging the credibility of greek football. the only people that oppose this are the people of olympiakos, as they have been winning the championship for the past 4 years. any acknowledgment of the incredibility of the greek league means that the trophies olympiakos has won lose their meaning, fairness, and "cleanness".

does the greek league need cleaning up?? YES
did olympiakos win 4 championships by pulling strings?? I DON"T THINK SO ( and i say this even though i feel nothing but enmity for that team... that is my opinion.)

I don't think Olympiakos have been pulling strings.

Because they showed their talent in Europe. They showed that they were capable of winning, and they did. Now if OSFP were losing bad in Europe, it would be a differen't story...

PS I agree with the "cleaning" up of the Greek League.
