Once again British media, for god sake leave the guy alone. Let him enjoy his time with Real. At the same time, i doubt that he would stay, there are rumors that Madrid is trying to aquire Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Plus Robinho is for sure gonna be a real next year. So i dont know if owen would stay or not, i would like him to stay.

i tink lux is smart enuf to not let owen go cos he alreayd mastered the strikers where he can fit all 3 in n create results. if raul ups his game more we can create more chances n score. n if we can actually defend properly then we will be class next yr.

hopefully we go for joaquin n robinho, where raul n robinho can create chances n score as well. n joaquin can be our winger.

OWEN CHELS OUT

EXCLUSIVE: Striker's buying £2.2m pad near Blues' training HQ

May 29 2005
By David Brown

SOCCER ace Michael Owen is snapping up a £2.2m mansion next to Chelsea's training ground.

And the £20million goal machine will use the luxury pad as his new base if he quits Real Madrid for the champions in the summer.

The swanky three-storey home on a private road in Cobham, Surrey, has seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, three reception rooms, and a giant plasma TV screen.

A source said: "Michael is desperate to come home, and house-hunting in Surrey means it's very likely to be with Chelsea."

Coach Jose Mourinho insists players live near the £20 million training complex and this house is just a mile away. Owen, 25, moved to Madrid last summer for £8m hoping to win European medals.

But Real won NOTHING and Owen has spent most of the season as a substitute - even though he scored 15 goals.

AC, link? I don't believe for a second he will choose Chelsea if he ever does return to England. Liverpool would easily be his first choice if he ever did move back.
