Explanation & new-or-current mod needed!

This thread is to all Mods and Super Mods:
First, I, like every Albanian in the forums I guess, need a fully reasonable explanation why our moderator, RonaldoD08, has been banned from SFN. As far as I know, when a member of the forums is a moderator and acts differently from the rules, first the moderatorship is taken as a warning sign, but I don't think that the member is banned immediately.
Second, I would like the Supermoderators to assign RonaldoD08 again as a moderator, or at least to re-accept him in the forums and choose someone else to be the moderator of the Albanian Soccer Forum!
Otherwise, a lot of members, especially the Albanian ones, will leave the forums as they see that the quality of directing the forums is going down.

Agreed... Ronaldod08 was a good Mod I dont understand why he gets banned from the SFN as far as I know he allways was there to stop fightings and hold peace beatween the members in the forums.I think Ronaldod08 deserves to be back, if not a mod than j member !

OK Ron apparently got banned b/c he was fighting with several people including MODs and Smods. I got along w/ron BUT he got banned for 2 days and was using a 2nd account while he was banned! Which I guess is against SFN rules?? When he was reinstated I guess he started fighting again??? So that is why he got booted for 2wks!? I this Baggy should be your mod now since the SMods have lost confidence in Ron???? If ron has created a 3RD sig b/f the 2 wks is done then he should get banned since he can't just sit and wait out his ban! Now as I said earlier I like Ron BUT he needs to be pataint and show the restrant that he had b/f all this happened!!!

He created a account to defend himself during his 1st ban, when all he had to do is sit out his time that pissed off some people!?
He is just making himself look bad and giving his enemies ammo to attack him??

I see that a lot of people have voted, especially against, but I want to hear their voice: in the title of the thread I mentioned "Explanation needed", and this is especially for the Mods & SuperMods, and not for users who have no more than 100 or 200 posts and don't know Ronaldo at all.
I know him for 5 years now, and I can guarantee all you that he has changed, all that he might have done is because someone must have made him angry, I know his anger and I know that it's bad when he's like that, but I also know that he's able to change immediately.

i voted against him for a few reasons, when it's clear he can't win an argument he reverts to falsefying statistics(see ronaldo-muller thread) probably thinking no one is cluey enough to notice, he then will follow this up with some personal insults, then when you respond to the insults he'll try and throw his weight around and threaten you with a ban....all in all i'm glad to see the back of him, at least for 2 weeks.

RonaldoD08 was banned for several reasons, he was first banned because of a fight he got involved in with another moderator, that other moderator was warned and RonaldoD08 was banned for 2 days because he had been warned several times. During that ban period he made another account and used it to post, which goes against SFN rules, and that reason alone is enough for a second ban.

But he was not banned just because of that, he was getting involved in too many fights and was threatening several users with a ban which is something regular mods shouldn't do.

He was told many times to stop doing what he was doing wrong but he didn't listen so there was no remedy than removing his powers and a second ban. Trust me, I didn't want to ban him nor removing his powers, that's why I tried to talk with him but it was impossible to make him understand he was doing something wrong.

And baggy, if you're up for the moderator spot for the Albanian forum just let us know and we will consider the option.

Maybe Ronaldo should follow the example of Referto. He's a good moderator at the Turkish Forum and he's fair to all and is not afraid to go against certain Turks who start trouble.

Poutismalakas and Pao Hellas are good moderators at the Greek Forum. They also are fair and go against certain Greeks who start trouble.

Ronaldo, when he was the moderator at the Greek Forum for a little while, was absolutley awful. He let certain Turks and Albanians, who came to the Greek Forum to start trouble, provoke Greeks by posting whatever offensive garbage they wanted. If Greeks reciprocated, he would attack us and threaten to ban us. I had my battles with him and he deserved to be ban based on what the super mods said.

Baggy, you seem like a good guy. Perhaps, you should be the Albanian mod.

Personally I like Ronaldo and as far as I followed his post and if you get the forum rules in consedaration, he kind of deserved to be banned. But I would love to see him back here. I think he needs calm down a little as he calmed me down once before I was a mod. So, Ronaldo if you read these, as you see there is ppl has no problem with you. When you defending your self, you also have to put your actions on the table and see what might have done wrong. After eliminating and seeing your mistakes, you could do better. This is also very important in your life as well... Always judge your self first to see if you made any mistake then you defend your self with confidence. In football as we all know some ppl believes that best defence is attacking but NOT ALWAYS! Especially in human relationships! I hope to see you here again and Im sure a lot more ppl also like to see you too! BUT If you continue the way you did last time, I dont want to see you as a mod too! So thats why I wont vote for this!

Yes, he was. Ask the Greeks or Refereto. He was the Albanian forum moderator and simultaneously became the greek mod, but only for a little while cuz the greek mod then was not around so he was asked to temporarily step in.

Ok well the Albanians on this forum have always been very courteous and well mannered, as far as Ron is concerned i dont have a problem with him although i know something about him (i promised not to say exactly what) he was at times using excessive means to scare ppl etc... but he was also attacked himself - for him to retaliate, so i would like to see Ron here but its a matter some others need to level out as well sort of like a group therapy heheh.

I think if anyone should be a mod for this forum it should be Pravi Hravat, he has done well in the Bosnian forum and hes not even bosnian. :thumbsup:

I dont think we need a moderator at all! You should say whatever you want to! If you dont like any particular ppl or ethinicity you should be allowed to explain why....Otherwise this forum will die out...There are plenty of forums out there...Why post to one where Greeks tell you what to do.
