albania versus Greece in September

Many albs are bragging about their victory back in September of 2004.

I'd like to clear things up.

After Greece won EURO 2004 the EPO promised our players money but never paid them. So in defiance of the EPO Greece purposely lost this game.

Look at the goals, they could have been easily prevented even by amateur standards.

So whenever albs start going off about this just tell them they're so pathetic they'd take pride in a hollow victory.

Don't ever debate it with them just say "we let you win once in your life".

Hey would u stop talkin now a???? The game albania-greece in september was a very open fairy game we scored you a very class goals the first goal we scored on 4th minute, and only in 11 minutes we were up to 2-0,

In the second half greeks were more offensive and tried very hard to score against us but failed.. so dont say u wasnt to win this game.. and by the way what about last time in november 2000 when we still beat ya 2-0..so it isnt our first win against you.. this is Fact!!!

In that case, if our players played like that on purpose because they didn't get paid, then I think thats a big disgrace. Playing for your country for $$$, instead of pride.

This should serve as a lesson to Metroplex for starting things he does not know about....

If that was the reason we lost to Albania our players whould be cheap... Otto Rehhagel cleared one thing when he came. The ones who don't feel proud playing for the NT and are playing for the money must leave now. That's why Georgatos left the NT. I don't think our player have such a character to lose to Albania because they weren't payed. We just played a very bad game for many reasons. Underestimating Albania... Were still on the dream of euro 2004 etc... Albanians had profit by this bad game we had and took this important win.

I wrote to u that, I will stop fighting as long as others stop fighting and provoking, and that i hope there is peace, but how do i provoke by saying a soccer score? especially an acurate one. :)

The match happened SO WHAT look at the standing now!
Also it would illegal for a team purposely throw a match! So I doubt that you are correct because if that was the case then any team or player who cheats should not be allowed to play!
