I am so angry, that American prat.... What he is going to do to Manchester United. The ba$@*&d is going to put us into huge debt. McManus and Magnier are traitors to Manchester United. They have been shown up for the greedy taigs that they are.

I am so angry, but Manchester United is bigger than one man and his megalomania. Manchester United is the greatest club in the world, with fans in every corner in the club........Glory Glory Man Utd.

You can put a price on a club, but not a price on fan loyalty.

I am considering not buying the season package as well.

Well I respect your opinion however you cannot say it is because he is American it should be his intentions you are worried with not his nationality,

That is correct. I wouldn't care if Malcolm Glazer was English, French or Chinese, or American. My beef is that the man doesn't really have the money to buy Manchester United. He is going to put all of that debt on the club. What worries me even more that this deluded man thinks that he can pay for this via TV rights. Unfortunately Mr. Murdoch is not going to pay out the same amounts of Pay TV rights for the EPL when it is now dominated by three teams.

Glazer there is no way that you can afford Manchester United, you business plan will cripple us. You are not wanted.

I have no idea why he would want to buy the club if he is not wanted and not to mention will not make money since fans are boycotting Old Trafford.

His nationality is irrelevant. What I can't understand is... the people don't want him, they are threatening to boycott him and so forth. Why continue being so persistent... Let it go...

I think what he is doing is absolutely terrible. As an american, I have not even heard of this guy before this incident with Man U.

I hope that he stops although I heard this morning that he is going forward with making the club a private company.

All i can say is that man u are now coming out of their "transferance of an era" stage, and they dont need this shit now

Well it seems he is only looking to benefit the club and looks like he will succeed why they don't want the club to benefit is beyond me.

Bad news, Glazer finally bought the 75% of the team...

And the first time he met Ferguson, Glazer promised him to bring back Beckham...

Read in "As" today: "He will try to make people happy, and, to do that, he will increase inflation in the football market, he will fight with Abramovich for the same players and surely will spent three times what he spected so, instead of making bussiness, he will risk his fortune. Next year he will realize he must be closer to ManU, will go to live to Manchester, will work in the initial eleven and will talk with the players. England shouldn't be so embarrased, because in not enought time he will be one of us."

Wow it seems he is doing the opposite of what people thought, he will be very commited to Man U which seems like a good thing.

McManus and Magnier are traitors to Manchester United. They have been shown up for the greedy taigs that they are.

.

Greedy taigs eh - that must have taken a while to think up. So good to see that the Protestant community can still rise just above the level of dog shit!

But setting aside your religious bias - what did you expect them to do? Turn down the money? This is revenge for Ferguson and that horse issue they had. So maybe better to blame Ferguson - think about it

Very true Ferguson could be more to blame if you really think about it.

the "Horse" issuse, what was that exactly?

MUFC4EVER

Ferguson, Magnier and McManus all owned shares in a horse called Rock Of Gibraltar, which won a hell of a lot of races throughout Europe.

When the horse retired it became clear Ferguson's share did not include stud rights, so he threatened to sue Magnier and McManus. They responded by launching an investigation into United's transfer dealings and on it went.

Eventually it was all settled behind closed doors but in truth it was never a comfortable settlement and Magnier and McManus were always holding the upper hands! Now they have their ultimate revenge I suppose

He is wanting to rename Old Trafford to Nike Arena. This is to help pay off his debt.

Like I have been chanting all season...
"Glazer's gonna die!"

Glazer only cares about the $$$...expect the club to go through some pretty unpopular changes soon...all in the very un sporting-like pursuit of $$$...
Too bad for Man Utd.

I think the club is on the decline, and it began with his takeover.

If they change Old Trafford to Nike Arena or anything else, I will no longer consider myself a United supporter. That place is like a home to me and 70,000 others.
