Der FC Bayern kann in Sachen Transfers für die kommende Saison Vollzug vermelden. Der neue Mann an der Säbener Straße heißt Ali Karimi und stammt wie Vahid Hashemian aus dem Iran. Derzeit spielt der 26-Jährige in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten für den Klub Al-Ahli Dubai. Der offensive Mittelfeldspieler erhält in München einen Ein-Jahres-Vertrag mit beiderseitiger Option auf ein weiteres Jahr. Da der Vertrag des Persers in Dubai zum Saisonende ausläuft, spart sich der deutsche Rekordmeister die Ablösesumme.

„Ali Karimi ist ein schneller, wendiger, und torgefährlicher Offensivspieler“, erklärte Felix Magath, „er ist Asiens Fußballer des Jahres und somit sicherlich ein interessanter Mann für den FC Bayern. Ich freue mich, Ali Karimi in der neuen Saison in unserem Kader zu haben.“

Neben Philipp Lahm, der seine zweijährige Lehrzeit beim VfB Stuttgart nach dieser Saison beendet und nach München zurückkehrt, ist Ali Karimi der zweite Neuzugang der Bayern für die kommende Saison. Karimi, der Torschützenkönig bei der Asien-Meisterschaft im vergangenen Jahr in China war, wird der dritte Iraner in Diensten des Rekordmeisters. Vor Karimi und Hashemian spielte bereits Ali Daei in der Saison 1998/99 für den FC Bayern.

Der iranische Nationalspieler kann im offensiven Mittelfeld auf allen Positionen eingesetzt werden und auch als Stürmer agieren. In 87 Länderspielen erzielte er 32 Tore. Von seinen Dribbelkünsten konnten sich auch die deutschen Nationalspieler des FC Bayern beim 2:0-Sieg der DFB-Auswahl im vergangenen Oktober in Teheran gegen den Iran überzeugen. Der 1,79 m große Karimi war bei der Partie der beste Spieler im Team des Gastgebers.

Bis zum Saisonauftakt nach der Sommerpause könnte aber noch das eine oder andere neue Gesicht dazukommen. Größte Chancen haben dabei Abwehrspieler, denn in der Defensive bahnen sich zur nächsten Runde einige Veränderungen an, wie Karl-Heinz Rummenigge am Montagabend im Bayerischen Fernsehen bestätigte. „Eines steht wohl fest, dass der Robert Kovac uns verlässt“, so der Bayern-Boss, der auch mit dem Abschied von Sammy Kuffour rechnet. („Sammy zieht es weg vom FC Bayern.“). Mit Thomas Linke, der vor einem Wechsel zu Austria Salzburg stehen soll und dessen Vertrag in München ausläuft, wird wohl ein weiterer Innenverteidiger den Verein verlassen.

Somit klafft in der zentralen Abwehr neben dem Brasilianer Lucio eine Lücke. „Da brauchen wir einen klasse Mann, der zu Lucio passt“, so Rummenigge, der ein klares Anforderungsprofil an den neuen Spieler hat. „Wir brauchen einen schnellen, aggressiven und kopfballstarken Mann.“ Damit verspricht sich der Vorstandsvorsitzende in kommenden Runde eine weitere Verbesserung zur aktuellen Saison, in der „wir die wenigen verlorenen Spiele meistens bei Standardsituationen verloren haben, wo wir zumindest in der Luft nicht immer glücklich ausgesehen haben.“

Rummenigge kündigte gleichzeitig auch an, dass neben den punktuellen Verstärkungen vermehrt dem eigenen Nachwuchs die Chance gegeben werden soll, „beim FC Bayern Fuß zufassen“. Und das ganz im Sinne von Trainer Felix Magath, wie Rummenigge erklärte: „Wir haben mit Felix vor kurzem eine Personalplanung gehabt, und er ist eigentlich der Meinung, dass 22, 23 Spieler die richtige Größe ist. Weil er möchte auch diesen jungen Spielern in unserer Nachwuchsabteilung, die mit aller Gewalt nach oben wollen, die Chance geben.“

Dass der Bayern-Coach dabei auf die Unterstützung des Vorstandes zählen kann, scheint selbstverständlich, denn langfristig könnte sich der Jugendstil auch finanziell bezahlt machen. So verspricht Rummenigge seinem Trainer dann auch: „Ich finde das honorig, dass ein Trainer nicht immer nur Stars verlangt, sondern auch mal auf die Nachwuchsarbeit setzt und diese Geduld werden wir haben.“

well other than this there arent really good ones of him..this combines all his nice dribbling and technique

dont worry buddy,i promise you he'll be a big impact for bayern.he's a very unique player that german football does not see.

cause he really is the one..! I have followed this guy for a long time,
He has a great technique and is very good on dribling too, So he really deserved to play for Bayern Munich or other big teams :cap: :thumbsup:

You can´t say anything about it untill Karimi made at least his first game in the Bundesliga...I saw one of the videos, he´s an amazing dribbler indeed, but some of these tricks would definitively NOT work against players from a good league...

Replace scholl?? if u mean replace scholl for a place in the team now, The answer is a yes. But scholl, just becuase of his previous contributions and achievements with the club, will not be put down so easily. Both will be played interchangably. Its deisler who looks all set to leave.

Are you joking did you see the game against Germany he was running rings around Deisler and the German Defenders. He played great but Iran played terribly and they lost 2-0 still he made 2 amazing passes that my grandma couldve scored but for some reason Daei missed them? Think about it.

That probably explains why he is dropped by Magath for some games, and started as a late sub for some others, while Ballack plays all the games.

Karimi has gotten better grades than ballack in kicker so far.
In the Iran-Germany match Karimi beat ballack on a few one on one situations, my favorite had to be when he made ballack fall down to the ground by running a semi circle? :D around him.
Ballack and Karimi seem to have a good relations with each other though, ballack have said things like Karimi is exactly what a bayern #10 player should be. Karimi has said Ballack is one of his idols!
