Well, most probably most of you know me, but still... I'm baggy, 18yo, born on August 4th in Shkoder (Scutari, Skadar, Iskodra - you may find it spelled like this in Italian, Serbian and Turkish), Albania, currently living and studying in Bulgaria. As most of you know, I love German football too, especially the German NT and Bayern, but when it comes to European Cups, I'm with every German club compeeting. On May 2nd (hopefully it's only one more week left) I'll be traveling to the States to make some money there ;)

Btw, I don't like chess at all, that game makes me think too much :confused: , and I get pretty bored :dead: the few times I play it, just for my friends' sake :D

I'm born and live in sydney australia, have a german dad and italian mum but my heart is and always will be 100% with germany, favourite team is schalke04 but support all bundesliga teams when they play in europe, other interests include german and european history,playing tennis,lifting weights and having a few beers with mates...have a croatian girlfriend for the last 4 years who likes to remind me of france98 but refuses to watch my euro96 DVD, she and her overfed cat will be moving in with me at the end of may.

Hi guys! I'm a 24 year old from Romania.
Need I to say more about my favourites? Bayern and the German NT (since 10). I pretty much like everything that's German, covering a wide range: from culture (classical music, literature, history and especially philosophy), civiliztion, to sport. I graduated a year ago and now I'm about to finish a masteral programme in philosophy. I also love German music, being a big Rammstein fan (I went to one of their concerts...utterly unbelieveble...they're actors, histrions, not just musicians!).
In sports I'll give you just a few I support or supported: Boris Becker, Steffi Graf, Tommy Haas, Nicolas Kiefer (I'm a big tennis fan), Michael Schumacher (great fan of his, since his debut years), Ralf Schumacher, "quick" Nick Heidfeld, Dirk Nowitzki (I hope he'll have the NBA champion ring on his finger come the end of the season), Heike Drechsler (that incredible athlete), Jan Ullrich, Franziska van Almsick, Timmo Boell and the entire handball team (Stefan Kretzschmar, Christian Schwarzer, Florian Kehrmann etc.). On top of that, I love German poetry, literature, history or philosophical thinking.
What can I say?...I'm sports mad, culture mad and, inevitably, German mad!
As far as the chess is concerned, I'll have a go at it myself. I pretty much love this one also.
I read with great interest all that has been written in this section and I expect the others to introduce themselves...just to get better acquainted!
Express your German options on other sports too!

I'm not a philosopher...just a guy who likes philosophy. Coincidence or not, this a German domain too (apart from the early Greeks, nobody has questioned the man and his nature like the Germans did). The feelings are perplexity and gratitude!...a thinking of this calibre doesn't deserve less. For me these are the gifts Germans left for Humanity. (they tend to be remembered for the World Wars, but what about this?...this is the true German legacy - the depth of a thought!)
