Here is a another rumour: Fenerbahce's forward/right winger Serhat Akin is linked with Anderlecht. There was no answer from the board about this rumour which makes it little more then a rumour! Personally I dont think Serhat would want to go to Anderlecht.

As I said, I dont know him as a person but he always(soemehow) give me a impression, that he can move anytime. Of course he should move if any offers comes from a big offer but not to Anderlecht. That would be a disaster for him.

The old rumours started to come back again. Fenerbahce after Bayern Munich's defender Lucio and his Brazil squad alternative Lyon's player Cris. If non of them happens the last alternative PSV player Alex Rodrigez. The only problem with Alex R., he is too young and he cant be leader in the defence. Ohh by the bomb is Luciano is leaving. Finally the clumsy Luciano is leaving! I dont hate him or anything but he is very clumsy in the defence. I think he made a good start when he first came but for a long time he dissapointed me. Anyway I hope we get Lucio :D

It seems that he had to sit a lot on the bench with Fenerbahce and that his relationship wit Daum was really bad. At Anderlecht he can play all the matches in the team, play champions league and if he plays two good seasons perhaps he can move to a big club in Europe.

If we can keep the team as it is today, Anderlecht will have a very strong team next year. With Jestrovic (striker of Serbia-Monenegro) and Wilhelmsson (this guy is really fantastic) we will have a nice frontline. In defense we have Kompany and Vandenborre who are only 19 and 17 years old and who are big talents in Europe, they both play for the Belgian national team at that age. Anderlecht also want to buy Proto, the 21-year national goalkeeper of Belgium who got an offer from Barcelona and Chelsea but wants to come to Anderlecht. Then we still have Tihinen (National player next to Hyppia from Finland).

Anderlecht could possibly have a really good season next year and Serhat can be a part of that. In Belgium there is also a large Turkish community so he is already very popular here. I hope he will make it over here.

He arrived this morning at the Brussels airport. In his first interview he said that he want to be the next top-goalscorer of the Belgian league! I like players with confidence! Serhat will be a star in Brussels! Serhat and Anderlecht have a nice future!!

It's a good site. I got here because I was looking for a forum where there are a lot of Turkish people who know about the Turkish League. Because Anderlecht was going to buy Serhat.

The people here are really nice! I will try to post things here about Serhat and I read a lot of the other posts about Fenerbahce, but most of the time I am at the Anderlecht forum (forum.rsca.be).

I haven't had the time yet to check the other forums here at this site. I am in the middle of my tests as I am graduating this year.. But I will check the whole site in the summer, then I will have more time..

Second chairman of fenerbahce(or vice chairman whatever) today said that they havent released any transfer names yet so the denilson news is probably fake. he said that they did talk to emre though. also Daum and Aziz are meeting in Spain,where denilson lives so maybe their is some truth.

any way i dont thik that they need more midfielders. they need defenders. Also are rustu and nobre gone back to their own clubs after their loan?

With that squad we have Nobre on the bench as a foriegn player. If TFF accepts the Euopean player rule we could get two more foriegn players since Anelka and Denilson has european passport in their hand. Also I think Lucio has too but Im not sure! then one more. Igor Biscan is in talks with Fenerbahce as he prepares to leave European champions Liverpool.

The Croatian midfielder enjoyed something of a renaissance at Anfield under Rafa Benitez, but his improving displays have not been enough to earn him a new contract.

Biscan revelled when being switched to the centre of midfield, with his displays in the UEFA Champions League being particularly impressive.

Benitez decided against offering Biscan a new deal and he is set to leave Anfield when his contract expires at the end of the month.

Turkish champions Fenerbahce are interested in now getting their hands on a player they wanted to sign five years ago when he left Dinamo Zagreb to move to Merseyside.

I am glad to hear the comment of Selcuk YULA who stated that Fenerbahce is interested in a midfielder who used to play in Spain and additionally an European National Player.
I am happy to hear that this won't be Gilberto Silva from Arsenal.
I am working for an FIFA AGENT in Argentina and I can tell you that Fenerbahce used to make a lot of errors in their transfer politics. For example the players I already offered to Fenerbahce until 2004 were "D'Alessandro" from Wolfsburg, "Cavenaghi" from Spartak Moscow, "Sorin" from Villareal and the best was "KAKA" from Milan. Kaka used to play for FC Sao Paolo in Brazil and when I offered him to Fenerbahce his club demanded 200.000 USD. And do you know what: Fenerbahce refused to buy him with the comment "We are Fenerbahce, we will not buy players which are not well-known"..So..Kaka has a estimated value of 45 Million Euros today and Fenerbahce refused to buy him. Unfortunately that was the transfer politics of Fenerbahce until 2004. Now we have changed and our club got some knowledge about the football market.

But to come back to the real matter: who will be our next BOMB...who used to play in Spain and is playing for an European NAtional Team.
So it is not a player who was already mentioned in the Media..The only player which fulfills the conditions is Edgar Davids and I personally consider him as a good signing although we don't need a defensive midfielder. We need somebody for the left side.

- R. Quaresma: unfortunately I don't have any clip to show but he's great in dribblings and crossing. There are not so many players in the world who have a passing quote of 88%. But like I already told, he dribbles to much. He was contracted by FC Barcelona but I think they loaned him back to FC Porto.

I don't know where these stories come from but they are total bullsh*t. The media in Turkey says that Gilberto was unhappy last season because he was not played regularly by Arsene Wenger. The guy was seriously injured from September 2004 until April 2005. He spent his season in Brazil with a cast all over his body. He gave countless interviews where he praised how loyal Arsenal were to him and how they helped him to recover. He is a very important player to Arsenal and there is absolutely no way that Arsene Wenger would sell him. These stories are absolute rubbish. Why would anyone want to leave one of the biggest clubs in the world to go to a team like Fenerbahce?

I was so upset that it was Fener and Trabzon that qualified for the Champions League. They always let the country down in Europe and I was so embarrassed when they lost 6-2 to Man United. The 3-0 victory meant nothing because Man U had already qualified and only had Ronaldo from their first team.

Fener think that because they have money it means they are better than everyone. They are useless when it comes to big games. Anelka is a player who wasted himself many years ago. I don't know where you get your information from but what you are saying is news to me. Wenger didn't play him because Gilberto was in Brazil between September - April and was recovering from a serious back injury. Wenger did not buy anybody new. Francesc Fabregas came to Arsenal two years ago when he was 15 and replaced Gilberto because Edu was also injured. Fabregas will be one of Europe's best midfielders, but he is still very young. It was well documented that Gilberto was the main reason for Arsenal not winning the championship. When he plays with Vieira he gives Vieira the freedom to go forward rather than worry about defending.

Listen mate. Don't get so annoyed over something like this but you don't seem to know much about Arsenal. Hleb has come in because Edu has left. Hleb can apparently play in any midfield position. He is a player that is totally different to Gilberto and he will not be playing in central midfield. He is more likely to play on the left or right, especially as Robert Pires keeps being linked with overseas clubs. I am at least as much an Arsenal fan as you are a Fener fan. I see them play every week and I can say that Gilberto was badly missed last season. He and Vieira are the first choice midfielders and no one will replace them. This season, Hleb will not be someone who plays every week, unless he happens to play better than expected.

Oh and I just want to add and say that Fenerbahce were crazy to buy Anelka. He should have retired when he was 20 and decided to leave Arsenal. I only support the national team in Turkey, but I think that Besiktas will win the league this season.

guys..I am back with some rumours...In the sports paper "fotomac" you will find the new rumours...Rafael Santos (Ponte Preta) and negotiations with Denilson started again. Rafael Santos is a defener with the ability of playing defensive midfielder as well. He is not so bad but I don't think that we need him. If we believe the transfer rumours of fotomac, Fenerbahce should be able to buy three foreign players. So what the hell are the media printing..we are all tired-... :confused:

Nihat Özdemir stated today that they are interested in signing a defensive midfielder...because he said "we are looking for player helping Aurelio in the midfield". Our future transfer surely was mentioned already by the paper...they mentioned 177 names and one will be true...at least I got the possibilities..

(The fact that Davids should come to Istanbul today is mentioned in the paper "Zaman" (http://www.zaman.com.tr/?bl=spor&alt=&trh=20050710&hn=191077) as well and the possible move of luciano is stated in many brazilian papers..so it could be true)

Fotomac is always BSing, i don't believe a word i read out of that Newspaper even if they do give out name and stuff.

But if Davids does come, i think he would be good for our time, but hasn't the guy played for Inter in like 2 years. He never gets played for them...

I think Umit Ozat should get replaced in the future maybe but for now he can cope.

I do think that Davids would be successful...he isn't at Inter for 2 years...he played in Italy since one year (he joined in the past season 2004/2005)..or not...he was at Barca and left last year Barca (season 2003/2004: the last 6 months he played in Spain) ...or do I have wrong information..he made 14 matches in the last season..14 playing in the line-up...but nevertheless I think he would be successful in our team...don't you think so...

Barbaros Barut is a left-full back playing for Unterhaching in Germany and I have to admit I am really impressed...he is not like Ashley Cole or R.Carlos but we have to consider that Umit Oezat was playing left full back even in the TURKISH NATIONAL TEAM...so in Turkey we don't have great fullbacks...compared to other turkish left fullbacks he is great...I consider him as a hot prospect for the future...he is powerfull..great pace and acceleration..but has deficits in offensive capacities..but maybe he could develop that..I consider him as good signing..but this name was never mentioned...additionally he is turkish..so could be an alternative..but I guess that Fenerbahce even doesn't heard about his name...

I don't know SiN, don't get me wrong Umit is good but it's just his crosses are absoluty shite. He should work on his crosses in training, but he doesn't.

Even if we don't make a transfer, we will still be champions of Turkey but in europe we won't be any better than last year probley.

Uemit Oezat is a great professional but he is nothing as a player...he is good in steals..that's all...without his attitude he would be in the 4th Division in Turkey. I like him but stop talking like the turkish media about Oezat..he is definitely a less talented player but a good professional...

To all who claim that Davids is too old...sure the same people would refuse a signing of Patrick Vieira either because he is almost 29....c'mon guys..we need short termed success...? So we don't have the time to build up players...and a star of 24 or 25 years..how do you get him to Turkey...I am so interested to hear about your strategies..
Maybe you as a the Fenerbahce Chairman would not buy Davids but this would mean that you are not interested in immediate success...Davids is 5 times better than Gilberto Silva..at least more useful for fener..!

:D I wasnt trying to critisize you. I didnt see "if Luciano leaves" part and I didnt realize Barut was Turkish :D ... Anyway no offence! But Fotomac just makes things up, they dont get any tip from clubs(especially from Fenerbahce). Also there is a lot of newspapers in Brazil just like Fotomac according to my Brazilian friends.

Another thing you mentioned that we should have 9 foriegn players, but I think that would be disaster for the Turkish football since we dont have too many world class players and for others to be world class players, we cant have more foriegn players. Dont you see whats happening with "Big-gun" NTs. They all going down. Its only because of the European player status rule in Europe. Pulling the limit to 9, would encourge the clubs to by more foriegn players and thats the disaster right there!

Also Hurriyet claimed that Fenerbahce is intrested with Solari and Tevez. The article claims that Fenerbahce is gonna try to rent Tevez for a year. Sounds good to me but the question is "IS IT TRUE? :D" Damn these news are start to drive me crazy. It start to be annoying!
