FirSt oF ALL I Think We shoulD HaVe Good StRikers Whom Can ScoRe constantely aNd a little BiT MoRe FaSter players, Now WheRe we lost 4 games and only won 2" than scored 3 goals and get 9 of it I dont think that was GreaT !! But lets hope we might done great in the Future ...

NOW where we have Erjon Bogdani as nt striker things has changed a little bit! NOT like last times where we only have Tare or Bushi and sometimes Myrtaj so the chances to score was not so High expect to our midfielders which many times might scored as Murati and Aliaj who scored against greece

GOALKEEPER: I might say that we dont have such problems with the keeper after strakosha now we have a new talented young guy Elion Lika whom we trust to in the match against turkey he prooved that he could continue to play as albanias keeper and he done very well.. :thumbsup:

The Albanian national captain set out the tonights match, because of injury

Albania coach Hans-Peter Briegel has confirmed, Igli Tare will not be on the lineup tonight. “He is still hurt and I think it will be better for him to rest”, quoted the German coach. “As for now Bushi and Bogdani are on the list of forwards to start the match” continued Briegel.

The Albanian captain, hurt himself in the friendly match, when his actual club the italian side Lazio played a friendly match last month. Since then the Albanian captain missed the match against Azerbaijan and also he missed the opening match of Seria A against Messina..

Meanwhile, coach Briegel has warned his player not to be euforic. “We have a chance to win this match, but we have to be very careful too. The team we are playing are a team eager to win a point. They are tough to break through, but I am optimist we will get through with a win” stated the coach in his Press Conference before the match.

“We had a constructive meeting with Mr. Bicskei. We went over our terms, as we did with the other candidates. Mr. Bicskei expressed his readiness to lead the team. We will take it under consideration and by next week we will appoint the new coach of our national team” said the president of Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka.
“For me it will be an honor to work and sign a contract with FSHF. We had an open discussion and a very positive one. Everything is up to the Albanian side. I have seen some games of the Albanian team and I can say, they have a tradition in soccer. They know how to fight for their goal.” said Bicskei after the meeting.
The two other candidates are Italian Nevio Skala and Croatian Otto Baric. The Italian coach, is considered to be the leading candidate in the search for successors to Hans Peter Briegel.

Nje skeme 4-3-2-1 do te ishte shume e mire per kombetaren tone pasi do te na siguronte nje mbrojtje me te ngjeshur dhe nje mbajtje topi me te mire ne mesfushe. Ne sulm Erjon Bogdani eshte perfekt, pasi pervec talentit te tij ne shenimin e golave, ai mund te mbaj dhe topin per te terhequr perpara skuadren, gje te cilen e bente shpesh edhe me Siena-n ne Serie A ne sezonin e kaluar. Pas tij Skela dhe Muka mund te mbajne topin dhe te krijojne raste shenimi duke perdorur tekniken dhe fantazine e tyre. Me nje treshe te tille sulmi mund te eleminohet dhe problemi qe ka ndodhur zakonisht me kombetaren tone ku lojtaret e sulmit gjenden shpesh te shkeputur nga pjesa tjeter e skuadres, pasi Skela dhe Muka kane aftesite e duhur per tu terhequr mbrapa dhe per te sjelle topin ne sulm.

Pas Skeles dhe Mukes duhet te rreshtohen nga e majta ne te djathte Murati, Curri dhe Hasi ose Dallku ne mungese te Duros. Murati eshte lojtar i rendesishem si ne fazen mbrojtese edhe ne ate sulmuese. Curri, megjithese paska i panjohur tregoi disa shenja te mira ne ndeshjen e vetme qe luajti per kombetaren dhe mund te jete nje ndihme per mbrojtjen. Nese aktivizohet Hasi atehere edhe ai do te jete nje ndihme me shume per mbrojtjen, kurse Dallku do te ishte me shume nje opsion per fazen sulmuese ku ka treguar se eshte i afte te levizi perpara duke gjetur hapesira per krosime, ndersa ne mbrojtje ka deshtuar pothuaj cdo here qe eshte aktivizuar. Zgjidhja me e mire do te ishte Jupi ne vend te Dallkut apo Currit, por ai nuk eshte thirrur nga Oto Baric.
Ne qendren e mbrojtjes Lorik Cana eshte i pazevendesueshem dhe duket se do te jete edhe per shume kohe pasi mbrojtesa te rinj nuk po shofim. Partneri i tij ne qender mund te jete Nevil Dede, apo edhe Besnik Hasi. Beqiri do te ishte nje tjeter mundesi per qendren e mbrojtjes, por nuk ka lojtar tjeter qe mund te luaj krahun e djathte dhe Beqiri aty eshte ne pozicionin e tij natyral. Ne te majte te mbrojtjes Adrian Aliaj esht gjithashtu i vetmi qe jep garanci dhe ka aftesi qe te levize perpara sepse se bashku me Dallkun jane te vetmit lojtare krahu qe kane treguar se dine te fusin krose ne zone.
Ne porte mund te luaj secili nga tre portieret e thirrur nga Baric, pasi asnjeri prej tyre nuk ka treguar ndonje gje te vecante qe mund ta ndaj nga te tjeret.

I think we will play with this formation 4-3-2-1, however 4-3-1-2 would be also preferable especially for the game against Belarus :rolleyes:

Dje në FSHF ka ardhur një ftesë nga Dubai, një nga 7 prej Emirateve të Bashkuara Arabe, ku është e ftuar të marrë pjesë edhe kombëtarja jonë. Bëhet fjalë për një turne të mbiquajtur "Dubai Cup", që do të zhvillohet më 11 janar, ku marrin pjesë edhe disa skuadra të njohura të Europës, gjithashtu edhe disa përfaqësuese. Pjesëmarrës do të jetë edhe Bahreini, i cili drejtohet nga ish-trajneri i kombëtares, Hans Peter Brigel. Sipas drejtuesve të FSHF-së, është rënë dakord në parim dhe me shumë mundësi kombëtarja do të marrë pjesë në këtë turne. Pjesëmarrjen në këtë turne e ka miratuar edhe trajneri i kombëtares, Oto Bariç. Duket se problemet që pati FSHF-ja për një miqësore me Bosnjën e kanë shtyrë që ta pranojë ftesën. Sipas sekretarit të FSHF-së, Roland Mici, kërkesa e Bosnjë-Hercegovinës është e papërballueshme dhe nuk mund të realizohet nga FSHF-ja. Frika e moszhvillimit të një miqësoreje e ka bërë të domosdoshëm pranimin e ftesës për turneun "Dubai Cup". Ndërkohë, një problem shumë i madh është se me çfarë futbollistësh do të paraqitet trajneri Bariç në këtë turne. Në fillim të janarit, pothuajse të gjithë futbollistët shqiptarë që aktivizohen jashtë do të jenë duke kryer fazën përgatitore me skuadrat ku aktivizohen. Pjesëmarrja e këtyre futbollistëve në këtë turne është në dorë të klubeve. Në këtë kohë, vetëm kampionati ukrainas është pushim dhe lojtarë si Dallku, Curri, Beqiri, Shkëmbi etj., mund të jenë gatshëm për kombëtaren. I know that Olympique Marseille , Lazio and Bayern Munech is going t be there with some other teams. that was a hell of da goals :D anyone have a video of that match, 7 goals good, btw i just dont get how the first half ended 0-0 why couldnt we scored earlier then ? lets hope we´ll do the same against FYROM but of course i dont think baric will risc playing macedonia with B team, because u never know lol, maybe he should try some from the B team, its a friendly we must try more youngsters in such matches !

The combination of Plaku and Memelli seem to work perfectly and Hyka played incredible. Bye bye Skela hellooooooo Hyka lol. Baric will put the best team on the field as will FYROM but it doesnt mean he wont test players. Salihi, Plaku memelli are players who will be tested along with Dedaj and Nerizaj in defense. Ansi agolli is anoher player to be tested. I dont think Tare and Sekla are coming to the NT anymore. Baric mae it clear to the players if u dont play for ur respective club you have no room on the team and it looks like he is keeping his promise.

I dont get why he choosed croatian second cathegory infront of Albanian
2 league, or just the superliga for me its kinda the same.. I wouldnt rank the croat 2 division higher then the albanian 2 league. :worried:

I agree with a many of the postings about changes in Albania. A) I personaly think that as a team we have problems in DEFENCE and offence also. Midfield is usually pretty good. For me Defence is the most important sector of the team, and it is a very difficult task. B) Endurance is another element that we need to work on, so we can actually play on the second half. C) Coaches should have a chance with the Ntional team for 4-5 oe a little more, but remember that when a coach/team losses three straight games there should be some responsibility taken by someone. It is best to try coaches until we have some sucess. D) Soccer needs to improve in Albania first and we need to have some good schools to prepare the talents. E) THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT IS ATTITUDE OF PLAYERS AND COACHES. I remember that when Baric said that he is not taking Tare: Tare responded that this is the coaches decision and I agree with that. This is probably the only player that has an exellent attitude, that is willing to take a punch, but to let other people do their job the way they think is right.
