Can you name me a former Man.U player that has played whit Eric Cantona in another club? :silly:

As for Cantona, I would guess that he played with Prunier at Auxerre as well as Man U, but i'm not certain.

Tusen takk Needs More rope.Hvor har du lært å snakke norsk?Hei i did not think about Prunier. I have to check it out. But you have right whit the club Auxerre. The Man.u player that i was thinking about have also played in a london club.... :rolleyes:

Surely it's Gordon Strachan, they played together at Leeds didn't they.
In regards to the question, do you mean that the two players played for Man Utd at the same time as well?

No, they did not play with Cantona at the same time. The only player who has played with Cantona in Man.U and another club is William Prunier. They also played toughter in Auxcerrre. (Thanks to Needs more rope)
Gordon Strachan played toughter with Cantona in Leeds.

I think Andrei Kanchalskis was with Cantona both in Auxerre and Man utd.

No i dont think so. He played with ukrainian clubs untill Man.U brought him to England in 1991. Correct me if i am wrong :)

I'm afrioad my Norwegian is terrible. I'm currently living iN Sweden and i also work in Norway fairly often as well.
Kanchelsksis came from Shaktar as far as i recall and don't think he had played for a club outside of Ukraine/Russia/USSR beforehand.
Btw, was Strachan the answer you were looking for? If you don't mean he played at the same time with two different clubs, i'd guess both Blanc (maybe even at all 3 of Auxerre &/or Montpellier &/or Nimes?) and maybe Barthez (Marseille) have also played with him and for United.

Fabien Barthez played in Marseille from 92-95. Cantona had left United before Barthez came to the club. Laurent Blanc did play with Cantona as far as i can see; in Montepellier in 1990 and also Nimes in 1991. So this is my conklusion:
Lauren Blanc played tougheter with Cantona in Montpellier and Nimes
Gordon Strachan played tougheter with Cantona in Leeds.
And the only one to play with Cantona in Man.U and in another club is:
William Prunier in Auxcerre. :)
