senegal has degraded so have most of the asian teams since 02... cameroon is doing alright not 2 strong though and Nigeria is doing decently... Plz remember an asian squad besides like 02 i think has never made final 16... the best we have ever done is like 3-4 points besides 02... I doubt we will see an african team there. Germany right now looks weak... This is definantly one bad team the only thing they got is a midfield offense and defense are not that great... I expect an Argentina, Brasil, Italy, England Semi-final.

3 asian teams will make it to round of 16, of which only maybe Iran will make it to quarters. I predict first round exit for Saudi, if they qualify. 1 african team will also make it to the quarters.

Winner: Germany of course. :D

Here is my predistion of probability for WCQ.

1. S.Korea ( 90%)

They will go to Germany WC easily,if they don't have self-conciet in WCQ.
S.Korea never lose the ticket to WC since 1986.
this will be their seventh straight appearance, solidifying their top-dog
status in Asia.

But hornestly almost Korean fan & experts think they will reach
last 16. It is true what we think.
We need more time for reach world class level, it is different with 2002.

Also you guys have to know something, In S.Korea, all man must join to
Army (because we against N.Korea), but if they will reach last 16,
they will be immunity by Korean constitution law.
It is special situation in S.Korea.

So they will do their best for reach last 16. it is funny. ;)

Ya, we remeber that they showed their capability in 02 wc.
It was really dissapoint Asian fan.
Nevertheless, I believe they can go to Germany WC, at least
they are still one of best team in Asia.

3. Uzbekistan ( 50%)

They have a good potential, also they can be.
But hornestly, they are Not good enough I think.

I have no doubt them although Japanese don't trust Zico.
They can beat Iran & Bahrain,I believe. But it will be really hard game
against Iran.
They just have to watch out N.Korea, because North Korea also will be
super mode when they meet Japan. it is like S.korea.

But I am sure they will go to Germany,also I hope so.
Personally, My wife is Japanese, so I hope enjoy WC together. ;)

2. N.Korea (50%)

I know N.Korea will too strong against Japan, But I'm not sure they will
play against Iran & Bahrain.

But We have to remember that N.Korea reached quarter final in 1966
wc England, they beat Italy.
It was an achievement that left them as the best ever Asian finisher at
a FIFA World Cup finals for 36 years until S.Korea s milestone performance
in 02.

As a Korean, I really hope they will go to Germany together. ;)

They had to win against Bahrain, but they didn't.
Personally I think Iran show good performance against strong teams,
but they dissapoint us when they meet weak teams.
I have no doubt that they are one of the strong team in Asia,
But it is littlebit unluck in this time, they already draw,it is bad sign.

I think they can go to WC,also I hope so.
But they will meet hard situation like wcq 98 & 02.
In WC 98 , they beat Austrailia, so they went to France 98,
but in WC 02 ,they lose to Ireland, so they could not.

4. Bahrain ( 40%)

They draw Iran, it was good start for them, but they never show good performance in WCQ.
I think they can be, but they are belong to dead group, this is pity to them.
But they are still dark horse in group B.
Nobody underestimate them, we have to.
But I think they have to satisfy that they reach WCQ.

Germany will only do well because of good coaching and homefield advantage... Germanys forwards are not that great, and their defence is old. They have a strong midfield, but thast about it.
