***IMPORTANT SUGGESTION!***: Steps To Ban a Individual

Now I'm not critiscizing our Mod, or complaining about the system, but I think that we should be able to vote to see if the person gets banned or not. We should be a democratic forum, not dictatored. I have been banned from other soccer sites because I was Japanese, and the MOD was Chinese (after the Asian Cup) Some times stuff like this is ridiculous. Democracy is the only way. In life, if you don't like someone you don't "Eliminate" them do you? That can make it worse (Revenger, attitude, blah blah blah). I think that we should have system like this.

1) 21 (or any other un-even number) votes in total
2) The MOD should decide whether it is a 'Yellow Card( :yellow: )' Offence, in which the person will be given a warning, or a 'Red Card( :red-card: )' Offence, which is direct Suspension.
3) Two ' :yellow: ' = :red-card:
4) A ' :red-card: ' offence results in 1 month Suspenison (MOD can choose)
5) If the individual gets more than a certain number of :red-card: , he will be banned (MOD can choose number)
6) Majority of votes (50%+) of votes are towards Suspension, player is suspended, and vice versa ('Charges Dropped')

I got this idea from watching one of those court cases on TV. This way, the person can be tried by 'A Jury of His Peers' and then they cant really say anything. People looking for a ban against someone can produce 'Evidence' Posts WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE BAN HEARING. It may be a bit of a long process, but it is fair.

i agree. but a 1 month ban is excessive. what about a 1 day ban first. then 7 day.. then 1 month. then permanent?
