It is now confirmed that Japan will be sending 5,000 fans with special flights to Tehran on the morning of the game and they will quickly get back to Japan after the match.

They have agreed to cover their hair(female fans) and also not to wander in the streets before and after the match has ended since they might not be safe.

They have also been given VIP seats in the stadium.
All the tickets were sold in less than an hour in Japan.

Im not sure if this is correct, but I heard that this is the first time in like...30-50 years that the Japanese has gone into North Korea willingly, let alone 5000. Even all the peace talks are held in CHina or South Korea

The japanese fans are among the most well behaved and decent fans in the world. I am glad that the Iranian football federation granted them with 5,000 VIP seats. I think we should show our best hospitality towards them.

On the other hand, I am waiting for the Bahraini's to arrive to Tehran. I am almost certain that the Iranian fans will not make them comfortable at all.
