Well there is no doubt that the Perspolis Vs Esteghlal derby known as the Tehran derby is the biggest in Asia and one of the biggest in the world (#6 biggest club rivalry in the world-rssf)

When I was in Iran I went to one of the matches and it had the loudest crowd I had ever witnesed in my life and I have been to world cup finals and Real-Barca! They told me in Iran they halfen the sound of the crowd because they swore and they are so loud those words will be heard on T.V so they don't want the audience to hear them :sealed: anyways it was a great atmosphere with 120,000 fans screaming all throughout the match, half wearing blue and half wearing red(the colors of the 2 teams) they even claimed that the football fans in Iran care more about this match than their national team's matches. A great experience.

In Indonesia we have some of the largest crowds and passionate crowds but we don't have a big rivalry going on there. I know that in Korea the Anyang and Suwon was the biggest rivalry but I'v heard that it has died down ever since Anyang moved to seoul. In Japan it's Jublia Iwata and Shimzu that have a good rivalry going. In saudi arabia it's al-itihad and al-ahli. In Uzbekistan it's neftchi and pakhtakour. In UAE it's Al-Ain and Al-Ahli eventhough it dosen't have as much history as the other ones(i.e the esteghlal-perspolis rivalry is more than 60 years old) this one has a potential to become a good rivalry. These are the rivalries I know of, can anybody help if they know of any other good asian derbies?

Also I forgot to mention another big Iranian derby knows as the Isfihan or Isphahan derby between Sepahan and Zob Ahan, and also another Japanese derby between Urwa Reds and F.C Tokyo.

Suwon VS Anyang match was considering as Korean Derby right? But i'm not so sure if it is still so important since Anyang Chenged to be Seoul Fc club, some one said they are losting most fans.

the Chinese CSL are full of derbies or matchs between rivals,nearly every club has their own rivals,some times they have not only one rivals,some times they are more concern about their matchs against their rivals than who will be Champions,here are the rival matchs between CSL clubs, most of them has a special name to express the matchs

Shenhua VS Inter: 上海德比-Shanghai Derby,the most exciting local derby in China.

Dalian VS Shenhua: 连沪争霸-Dalian and Shanghai compete for the hegemony,these are the two most succesful clubs after 1994，Dalian VS Shenhua also consider as China Derby

Beijing VS Shenhua:京沪大战-Should be another China Derby,more exciting than Dalian VS Shenhua match, the fans, players,even the television commentators of the two clubs hate each other most!

Beijing VS Tianjin:京津德比-rivals between Beijing and tianjin, these are teo nearest metropolis in North China,it is the most historical rivals in China football, back to 1950's they are two strongest teams in China but recently Tianjin is not so strong so it is ranked after Beijing VS Shenhua Match.

Shandong VS Qingdao: ��德比-derby of Shandong Province,Shandong is the most welcomed team in China,they have more fans than any other Chinese clubs.

Liaoning Vs Shenyang: 辽沈德比-derby of Liaoning Province or Shenyang City

Liaoning VS Dalian: 辽�德比-Liaoning Derby cause all of the two clubs lies in Liaoning province, Liaoning ruled Chinese football in 1980s and Dalian dominated the C-League in 1990s

Chongqing VS Sichuan: ��德比- Southeast China Derby the most crazy derby of China,not to the players but the fans hehhe, both teams are only small clubs

Inter VS Zoban: 浦东德比-Pudong Derby Pudong is a district of Shanghai City.

the other two clubs Shanzhen and Wuhan have no local rivals or most hated teams.
