well i play 5 aside n u know the pitch isnt very big... so all the time when teammates pass u the ball u got a defender up yur ass.

i want to know how to be tougher kinda thing or stronger to hold them off or ward them off n protect the ball when defenders are up behind.

also when u are running down the flank. i relly wana run fast which i can but the defenders kinda like barge in its the same problem that im not strong holding the ball but this is from a different angle. basically defenders can push me off the ball so easily n most of the times when i get the ball n some1 is marking me like that i duno wata do. i feel hesistant bcos im scared they will take the ball off me cos they are stronger, especially when im in my own defeding 3rd i feel scared cos they can push me off n take tyhe ball n score.

n thats y sometimes i make quick passes to no1 cos im scared they will take the ball off me by easily pushing me off

can any1 help.... im a striker or attacking winger

Yeah, that's a big problem to be facing, espically being a striker. The first thign you shoudl try, is constantly moving your feet. Most defenders will be containing you, so if they always think you're about to move, they aren't going to try to take a step in. If this dosen't work, it's always helpful to turn your back to them, and sheild the ball, keeping it held a good distance infront of you, if you meet someone who tries to push you off the ball, lean into them, and use your hands to try to push them away. Only do that last thing if it is convieniant, and you're just looking to amke a psss.

Also, if you play more agressively yourself, using your body to push people off the ball, going for all headers, and just playing hard, it might cause kids to be hesitant about doing into a 1v1 battle with you.

When running with the ball, you want to keep the ball on your foot that is farthest away from the defender. Like If I was running down the left, I'd keep the ball on my left foot, and if I was running down the right, I'd use my right foot. When your body is between the defender, and the ball, and the defender is trying to push you off the ball, you need to lean into him when he tries to use his body. If he pushes you off the ball, he is going to have to work very hard to do so, so hard that it will be a foul because he's have to use so much strength.
