i dunt understand y the best players in the world who r right footed like to go down the left wing. like henry, zidane, figo, ronaldo. its not like they are made too (with the exception of zidane mayb) but i too also like the left wing for some reason although im right footed.
does anyone experience the same ting? n does any1 know y?
IT's because you geta good shooting angle with you're on the left.
Also, When you're right foot dominant, people tend to move with the ball, so they set up their right feet with the shot, and if you're gonna set your right up with a shot on the left side, it will push you outside more, but if you're on the left, it places ou more infront of the net.
I'm a left side attacking mid, and I'm righty too :p

then y doesnt beckham or joaquin n so on play on the left n then all the left footed players play on the right?
It's a matter of how comfortable they feel, and how much they are going to be moving the ball before they hit it. Beckham isn't the most fancy player, and I wouldn't say his position is ment for scoring, as much as it is for sending crosses, you'll see mroe righty mid's on the elft if they are playing attacking mids.
It's also an iccue over weather the player feels comfortable playing the position.

Urban myth...not true.
It may very well be true, as when a lefty shoots, then it is nearly always accurate.

Yall sound like a report I heard on the radio this morning:
"If you honk your horn at a red light for 5-10 seconds, then it will turn green. And if it doesn't turn green the first time then, just do it again and hold it longer."
I mean OFCOURSE it will turn green, but not because you're honking your horn. Its because its on a set-timer, or pressure system on the road. Same with lefties, they hit their spot because they're good not because they're left footed. I know PLENTY of left-footed players that can't kick straight, and miss the ball, just like I know plenty of right-footed players that acually CAN kick it in the goal, and can miss as well.

i know exactly what u mean. i think it depends what ur out on the wing to do. cross it in, attack, or watever. because if youre there just to cross ud want to be on the side of your favored foot, but if not. it's much more comfortable to shoot with an inward bend.
