is there anyways to improve speed over around 100m? any leg exercises or drills i can work on?

In the field: hills/softsand sprints, push/pull weighted sled. In the training room deadlifts and pistols

100m is pretty short so, plyometrics would probably help. Split squats are pretty great too. And as soccerdoc said, hill sprints work VERY well (works endurance too if you do enough sets and reps).

ya plyometrics are great or shuttle runs. it's just a matter of puttin everything you got into speeding up as quick as possible.
