New Mercurial Vapors?

I just joined this forum after searching on google. I heard from a friend that Nike might release 4 more new Mercurial Vapor soccer boots. The colours are unkown but one of them might be a new type of red. I also found a picture or a blue and another orange Mercurial Vapor. I think the orange is a damn ugly colour. Here they are:

The orange is okay, I wouldn't want them but I can see if your colors are orange and black or something. Yeah, I still like the white ones the best though.:)

Our school's colors are orange and black... but I'm dont really like the vapors too much. They would look cool with our uniforms tho!

Yeah, I heard that they are really skinny and that if your feet aren't super skinny there not comfortable, is that true? I know some girls on my club team got them for free because the're on the U-17 National Team and they liked them but they fit weird... Does anyone know if this is true?

well u cant use them if u have flat feet, but all atheletes dunt hav flat feet. im not too sure bout fat feet. but the boots are meant to fit snugly around your foot tats y tey r light. i got the silver ones, the first one that came out, i tink they r the best, cos they shine n sparkle

I am right now using the Mist Blue Mercurial Vapors (love the colour), its OK, but when u use it the first time, it might feel wierd, but after a while you will get used to it, i really like them, but one disadvantage is that the material is not K-Leather, but NIKESKIN, and it hurts ALOT if someone steps ur feet using SG studs.

(Pssstt.... I only know of this 2 colours, not the other 2)

wow, I was actually about to buy those the other day. I went to Dick's Sporting Goods to get my first pair of cleats/boots and I looked at them but they looked a bit to pricey and I wanted to get some other stuff.

My feet are very wide and I had a pair of the Talarias (cheap vapors) and they were uncomfortable on me. Eastbay.com had a sale on them and you could get orange ones (not the ones above but a different one) for $50 US. About 6 people on my highschool team got em. 3 of them said they fit great (but they were skinny built kids), 2 of em said they fit alright after a while, and one person went back to using his old cleats. So I guess the only way to know if they will fit you is to try them on (if you can), but I'm pretty sure if you have thin feet they should fit alright.

u cant use them if u r flat footed is cos the mercurial vapors were trimed to ronaldos foot, n ronaldos foot has an arch, unlike many other cleats you'll notice that the mercurial vapor cuts away unneeded bits tats y its light therefore theres an arch on the boots.
the mercurial vapor uses indutrial glue to minimise sewing which i tink thread is heavy than glue, thats y they dunt last very long.

nikeskin is good cos its light. k-leather is heavier and it expands after it meets water, nike skin doesnt so the boots will fit snugly round your foot all the time. mercurial vapors is sumtin like playing barefoot.


only question i wana ask is, how do you clean them? wat polish or thing do you use?

I usually clean them by using a cloth, wet the cloth a little, then clean it.

How do i tell if the shoes have good arc support?

You can tell if the have good arch support by running your hand along the bottom of the shoe (on the inside, where you put your foot) If you feel a bump in the middle of the shoe then there is arch support. Depending on how big the arch is, the greater the arch support is. A good arch is generally very good for you and most cleats don't have a very good arch.
