I have been out of soccer for about three months with an achilles tendon injury. Does anyone know any exercises or anything that can help me out.

I have been out for a bit aswell because I sprained my ankle. I am just now getting back into playing and running and all. I would suggest going to your nearest Sports Medicine clinic. Or, if you don't have one near, just go to your nearest hospital to the rehab department. They have a physical therapy department specifically for athletes, and they will give you plenty of exercises that will get you back playing very soon. That is what I would recommend because I know that it worked for me. Otherwise, I don't know if this would work for you but for my sprained ankle they told me to just spell the alphabet out with your foot in the air and do different toe raises and that kind of thing. Just really basic at first until you have more strength in it.

Great info freestylegirl21!
That's true, probably the best person to guide you in the right direction now, would be your doctor. I'd start with him or her first.

Well thanks, I just started my physical therapy last week for my ankle and it is already helping out. I can tell that it is stronger. Before I was hardly able to go up stairs and within a few days I can now jump on one leg and it hurts a little, but is slowly healing... just don't get frustrated not being able to play. That happened to me but my coach just told me to use the extra time that you have to channel your energy into weight lifting and building up your muscles so that when you can play your even better and stronger than you were before you were injured.
