its not that i duno how to use my thigh to control it.. someone can throw a ball n i can use my thigh to control it. but in game situations when the ball gets to about the height where it should be thigh controlled i use my chest. i duno why. i cant get out of the habit. its not very good cos at that height when using your chest it will slow you down. and using your thigh will make move faster.
pls help

acctually this is nasty habit with alot of soccer players how ever i suggest u grabe it like bring the ball up with your thrigh 2 hit your chest then bring it down.

During your training sessions, you need to get your mind thinking "okay, i'll control it with my thigh" or whatever you need to do. That's what those sessions are there for, to practice what you need work on. If yours is getting yourself to use your thigh at appropriate times, then work on that.
