Bosnia-Azerbaijan Friendly?

Bosnia will play a friendly match against Azerbaijan sometime in mid-August is the news from NSBIH (FA). Manager Miso Smajlovic and his assistants Blaz Sliskovic and Enver Maric chose the opponent saying they want an "easy" tuneup before the match against Spain on September 2 in the first game of the World Cup 2002 qualifying. Smajlovic said that many of the standard players might not want to play against "unattractive" opposition, but he also said that "whoever does not show up for the friendly against Azerbaijan, I will not count on him against Spain!"

I was just wondering if there are any Bosnian Croats or Serbs on your team? Or is it strictly Bosnian/Muslimana?

I know our Stanic is from Sarejevo and I think Milosevic is from Bosnia too?

check what Sliskovic said: On July 10 we will take about 25 potential candidates for the match against Spain (WC qualifying) to Slovenia to get them prepared. These players will be made up of footballers from the domestic championship. We are looking mostly for players under 25 years of age. We will take the best 5-6 and seriously consider some of them for the match against Spain. I think that we have a lot of quality footballers. We are going to try to play several competitive matches during these preperations"..

To Zvonimir: It seems that you dont know anything about Bosnian national team.
many Croats are playing for BIH at the moment: Sergej Barbarez, Marko Topic, Ivica Huljev, Dalibor Silic
Serbs arent playing yet!
two of our 3 coaches are Croats Miso Smajlovic(bosanac) and Blaz Sliskovic(hercegovac)
Only trainer of keepers is muslim Enver Maric

What do you think which players will they choose from Bosnian league?
