i just come bk from injuryand would like to join a quality team in order to do this i need to be a better current player. i need more growth in my leg muscles and my upper body muscles and ideas plz get them to me as quik as possible ill be on here every day

What sort of injury did you have?
Just remember to take it easy for a while.

i did brake my ankle but i tink i can do certain excercises. so i want some different excercises that i cud try out.

lol... break your ankle? are you sure because I don't think you can excercise with a broken ankle...
you probably mean twisted ankle or something because with a broken ankle, depending on how serious it is you might not be able to play soccer for a long long time.

no i broke my ankle like 6-7 week ago an i can like do light jogging but i want excercises to do around the house because i am bored
