hey, chris here, uh new to the forums but anyways, ive been playin for about 12 years now and im playing classic level for my club team and am playin ODP for my state, and during the off seaseon, funny considering soccer is the season that never ends, was thinking, i wanted to pass some of my knowlage on to the younger generation, so i was thinking well maybe i can do one- on -one training, im pretty good with kids, and this would be a good way to make a few extra bucks for insurance, but i havent really got a way to get myself out there and organize these things, so anyone got any ideas to help pursue what im trying to accomplish? - chris

well the best thing you can do, is just run, start small and just work you way up to whatever you level of fitnees was before your accident, if speed is your concern, there are some tools you can like ladders, or parachutes,if you wanna do some wieght training once again start small the work your way up. and finally if you want to get your feet bakc, practice go out and do all the coervers and moves you can think of, do some sprints and what notand thats all i got. hope it helps. chris

It really depends on how severe your break was. I'd suggest running if it wasn't very severe, but running does put pressue on your joints which may not be good for the ankle...

If running is too hard on it, try doing some of these exercises; http://www.proteamphysicians.com/article/index.asp?showarticle=yes&articleId=105&articletype=43 .

yup i can lol
either find an inddor club near u who needs extra help training or rent a gym or an indoor club for an hour every week and put ads in the paper for the kids to come and and say all of your experience and stuff maybe even like day camps or sumthing
