Should i be lifting weights yet im 12 almost 13 ..... donno if i should or not.

actually it would be a good time for you start lifting but not beyond what you can do just enough because your hitting puberty and while you work out your muscles will grow with the rest of your body..

At your age don't mess with weights. There is no need. As long as you continue to play, you'll develop the muscles necessary to ":evil: shut up and play soccer :evil:"
You have to understand that your body has been a child's body and will still continue to develop for many years to come.

I agree, All you need is to play...The muscles will come naturaly as you grow. If you really feel like lifting weights, go ahead and do JUST ALITTLE leg press or somthing like that, Just dont push it!

just do pushups and situps and strength training using your own body as the wheight. trust me

When lifting weights with your arms, sit down. Put your elbow onto your knee and then lift the weight up and down. That way you isolate your muscle and dont damage your spine.
(If you lift weights standing up, you wont be tall. Makes sense.)

not for another 4 years atleast. Do stomach streches and pull ups to develop your upper body. Play football and develop your legs.

Definitely dont lift weights. That is a god weigh (lol no pun intended) to stunt ur growth.
