The season starts in about a month and I need to make my diet so I get more energy and muscle. I eat small amounts every 2-3 hours to help increase my metabolism. So what food groups should I eat the most from?

Check out your local Food Pyramid, it'll help out alittle. But I'd suggest bannanas, then a glass of orange juice (or just an orange, or both) and after you're done have a glass of water.
