A good way to gain ball control is by simply juggling with both your feet! Try to alternate your feet (left-right-left-right) and try not to put any spin on the ball! This very basic skill, comes in handy in the games...you have better anticipation on how/where the ball will jump and how you should trap it etc...
Also another good way is to do freestyle :) Soccer freestyling is awesome! Have ya'll seen any freestyling videos by Ronaldinho or Touzani!?

Actually when you are juggling the ball should spin towards you while you switch your feet so that it doesen't bounce way from you.

you get pecks from workin out get some weights lift your arms so its 90 degrees from your body then get the weight right infront of you like bring your arms around.

Yes, the ball should spin.
Spinning may actually help you when playing during a real game. It helps you anticipate the ball spin/speed/angle/trajectory for better 1st touch ball control.

this is true. i think it looks alot nicer when the ball just floats. its also easier to catch it doing tricks when its not spinning.

I like the Soccer Hand Guide Idea, but it would have to be more of like a site where you could click on the info you want, b/c it would be WAY to hard to read through all that stuff to find what you need.

i juggled forever with the normal ball but never got as good as i wanted to be. go to the brasilian futebol site and order a ball there only like $10: they're like a size three ball but with the weight of a size five. it does wonders to your juggling and conrtol
