anybody know how i can workout my legs(quads + hams...) without going to the gym(at home)? at the moment iam just doing this exercise were you sit on a small stool with leg tucked in. Then stand up full then sit then stand up..... but its getting kinnd of boring. Anyone know other methods ?

Stand on your right leg, then curl your left leg back up to your butt and grab it with your hands. Then while still only being on your right leg start to bend at the knee and go as low as you can then come back up. It'll give you strength and balance at once, and you can do the same thing with your other leg as well.

Yeah, but can you give any other excersises that don't give alot of pain in the joints?

no....lol they all hurt.....grab your right leg and stretch it out all the way while you keep the left one straight then slowly move to the left side to stretch the right leg and hold it.....you should do that to both legs than do what saber wolf said....after that get up and stretch and you should feel stretched out if your not stretched all the way then you didnt doit lonh enough....i suggest you stretch for about 10 mins..... :)

you can do this one excercise we did in cross country, you balance on one foot hardly pulling it up and you bend your other leg and go up and down for about 20 times every set, you can also just balance on one leg at a time, or you can stall, or balance, the ball on your foot for as long as you can

hey heres another u can lean agenst a wall then slowly move down like ur siting on an invisible chair thats wuts really hurts but really works
