View Full Version : Do you use a footbag (hacky-sack) to help your ball control?

I was just wondering if anyone used them for practice with ball control.

I juggle with tennis bals raquetballs soccerballs volley balls basketballs really w hatever is in my room... tennis balls are pretty easy raquetballs can be hard ... i can't juggle without shoes though lol

I juggle hackey-sacks, but do NOT do it to help with your ball control, because it will mess you up really bad. They are two totally different things; one when you hit it it'll just plump down and to make it go back up you pretty much have to just HIT it back up, the other when it hits your foot it'll bounce back up automatically.
But if you wanta use something small to help out with your technique use like a size 1 soccer ball.

also the sack changes shape when you kick it and it doesnt bounce the same off the body, so you will lose sight of how hard to touch the ball and become all thrown off.
