I was watching a television program last night, and they said that if you do your strangth excercises slowly and around 1 or 2 a week, you will get "results" faster, since your muscles get more excercise like that and they have time to regenerate.
Wow, all that was one sentence.

Great info!!
Much of it has to do with form. If you "do" the exercise correctly you will see results. Most people who rush through the exercise rarely have good form.
The key is to provide resistance throughout the full range of motion in order to strengthen the muscle.
