write it down, Real wont win a thing this year unless they buy some players(atleast 3) this winter, perez should let his stubborness go and do something or else it will be a MISERABLE year like their last game against Sevilla....

Im laughing rt now thinking about them facing Juve in champions league, it will be a HUMILIATING loss.........

it's highly unlikely that even if real does buy players, that they would be able address all their problems at once, I think they need to get a DM mid first and foremost and regain their confidence and spark a great run, otherwise the most they can cope for is a copa del rey to grace their trophy room

I think taking Copa del Rey as first priority is pathetic by Real, but it can be true, we barely have some chances of winning CL or La Liga if any players are not added to the team in this transfer window, because we have many gaps in a few spots.....

Because Real is playing lame, unless you're talking about Copa del Rey I don't see any chances for Real to win anything else, but is true, anything can happen....

and why didnt they sign Sachi as the coach and give him full control + what he already has? Its weird, Remon is the kind of coach that depends on his players 2 win, he has very little tactical ideas!!!

I am sure next season he wont be coach anymore.......

I think -and hope- that Remon will be replaced next season, and Sacchi said he retired from coaching and he doesn't want to coach anymore, not even in Real....

maybe coaching real is really stressful..because almost all the big players are here. they have their own style of playing and may not want to listen to the coach's advice.. but i think right now, real madrid should really do a spring clean

Your clean won't come anytime soon...you'll have to wait until the end of the season.

And yes, being Real's coach is very stressful, you have to deal with a lot of pressure, because the whole world have you in their eyes, but an experimented coach will not have any problems with that....someone like Scolari or Fergusson.

yeah.. because they have lots and lots of experience.. hmm.. maybe a stricter coach should do the job for real.. from what i see.. remon aint that harsh on his players.. and maybe once in a while, the players may even overthrow him at times.. yeah.. everyone expects the best from the so called best team in the world.. so when u dont perform, the whole world starts critisising u

I think that the ideal coach for Real is one that is strict but knows how to treat the stars, someone who earns their trust because Camacho was very strict, but the players didn't supported him, that's why he ended leaving. A coach well-balanced, just like Del Bosque.

A good coach is useless if the players don't support him and trust in him and in what he's doing.

yeah.. i believe trust and confidence between the coach and players are really the more important factors in producing a good team.. for example take mourhino for example.. chelsea plays sooo well is because jose knows how to motivate and gain the trust of those under him really well.. especially him and john terry.. they are so close that the relationship is almost a father and son.. i dont think that the relationship should be a coach-student relationship.. i mean it would be really hard for the players to relate well to the coach then.. i think more of a friend who gives good advices and suggestions would be great rather than a coach who does the same thing

Absolutely right, and yes Mourinho knew how to gain the player's confidence, I've heard interviews of players and they all say they're very happy with the coach, that Jose is a great coach AND person, they really feel afection for him. And also he has transmitted his idea of the game to the players in a perfect way, they understand each other and the players know what the coach wants, I think that's very important, that the players comprehend what the coach intends to do for the team.

You have a very different feeling while looking at Remon and Real Madrid.

yeah.. sadly.. hmm how i wish we have coach like mourhino quickly.. then real wont be in devastated state.. maybe not like him.. but really communicates well with the players

Eriksson of England looks good 2 me but he will be coaching England in the next world cup 4 sure(if they qualify i.e, which I am sure they will but still anything can happen in football).....

Bobby Robson is another option, why not???????

Whatever the case, Remon must go after this season...

hmmm.. but what if he improves during the rest of the season.? would he still go?

Remon is leaving for sure. His contract expires at the end of this season and the team isn't doing well. Two things that aren't going to make Perez happy.

A big spring cleaning won't do much. We are lacking players at the moment and getting rid of players is just going to hurt us, we got rid of some 11 players this season. Sad.

I'd just like to see a defensive mid come. A healthy defender come. Some young spanish blood that can learn from Zizou and Figo before they leave. And finally a good coach. We have the best players from around the world at our club, yet we can't win a single ***king trophy. How ironic.

I'm pretty sure we have a new formation. 4-5-1. Just because Raul played much better on the left.

We still have 4 more years of Perez, so many of these things won't happen for another few years. What a shame.

To me the main problem in Real is its management, and by that I mean the president is an idiot. The transfer's policies and the way he handles the club is disgraceful.....he had to have a bad season before signing defensive players, and now this one is going to be in the same way because he didn't make the apropiate changes on time. By now Masherano should be the prime target, Robinho should have a letter with the offer from Real and Perez should be looking in some italian team for good defenders who can be loaned, Juve has plenty, and I'm sure they would loan us some -even though I'm pretty sure they won't play against Juve in the CL, but that doesn't matter-

To me the solutions are there, but Perez is too blind to see that, the only thing he sees is money and goods.....
