theres no NHL this season but the world junior championships are coming up.
What are your thought about the whole lockout thing and the world juniour championships?

Regarding the lockout. Who cares. Both the owners and the NHLPA have no clue. And quite frankly they can all rot in hell.

Regarding the WJC. It's some great hockey. And this year Team Canada has quite the lineup. Although I don't know much about thier goaltending. Hopefully Canada can improve on the 3 silvers they have won in the past three years. I'm looking forward to a Canada-US gold medal final again.

both the nhl and the union are being stupid, nhl has a terrible market, and the longer the lockout drags on, the more permanent damage is done to the sport

the NHL will lose many fans just like Baseball did in 94 to me both of the organizations are greedy S.O.Bs and like Jesus said(not Christ our poster :D) they can rot in hell. WJHC i think its gonna come home to Canada no silver medal GOLD!

Phaneuf would easily be playing on the Calgary blueline if it wasn't for the lockout.

And that line of Crosby, Bergeron and Perry is just downright scary!

It is pretty stupid. The NHL has never had the same following other sports do in the U.S. This lockout compounds the issue. Not many cared for the NHL and today laugh at the lockout. The baseball was hardly missed during the lockout. Hockey is definately not on the same level basball is. It is almost as ridiculous as the MLS having a lockout.

Anyway I enjoy watching the Long Beach Ice Dogs (ECHL) in person. These guys play much tougher and with more heart than the NHL players do.

I hella missed baseball in 1994. A player on the Giants named Matt Williams was on pace to break the old home run record (63) and then they strike came :mad:

No hockey :worried: , great for soccer fans. Time to broadcast more soccer, here in Canada.
I love both sports, and I am upset at CBC, they should show the best soccer games from Europe on Saturday evenings. The bars, would love it, the sport fans would love it also.
