Exactly, I remember 3 clear chances particulary, Ronaldo's wide shot when the GK was out of place, a counter attack by Ronnie again, when he took a shot in the box without anyone marking him and Becks' FK.

Is there much of a point if Real play Sociedad on Jan 5??? Could anyone score within the last 3 minutes plus 4 minutes additional time??? :rolling:

I think if there was a study about howmany times teams score in the last 5 minsutes we'd all be suprrised. Becuase I believe it happens more than expected.
But I don't see any point of the game on the 5th of January either.

Ask Ronaldo to dribble and run at full speed(No Stamina consideration)

Actually there are 7 minutes left, if I'm not wrong, and the chances of either team to score are very slight, but lallan's wise words are true, is better a little chance than no chance at all.
And zenden's point of view is interesting, the players will have no stamina consideration so we will look a very fast game, the players will have to give it all in those 7 minutes, it'll be interesting to see.

10 minutes . The victory lies on speed and power .
Hopefully , this is good for Owen .
Abd Ronaldo - this is the best for him . Just run and dribble as much as he can for just 10 minutes .

if the coach is smart, he can use this to his advantage, they can practise formation and plays for a huge offensive blitzkrieg (although the are slight risks of conceding a goal) I think 10 minutes can be sufficient if real madrid use them wisely, they definatly have the skill to score in 10 minutes if they can give it their all and surprise sociedad. I really hope real don't just play this game casually out of necessity, I really hope they try to force a win.

I also think REAL shoud try hard and risk. I think they should play more offensive than defensive player. e.g. ask RC and Salgado to stay there up front, play a very high pressure to RC goal, play three attackers, etc. At the end is better to risk to get 3 points even if it means to loose even the 1 point we have.

Agreed with all of you, Real has to risk, we can't afford losing 2 points, Barca is a very good run.

Haha! My mistake... So a team score in the final few minutes despite the fact that the match was postponed... The gap is still 10 pts... Sigh~~

Well Barca were 18 points behind us last season, but some way the catch us and finished 2nd, why can't we do that?? Is 10 points and there's more than half season left, anything can happen, but we must be optimistic.

Awesome victory in those last minutes. If they played the last 10 minutes like that in every match there would be nothing to worry. And not too much worries now. 7 points and it's getting closer...

As of right now Real are showing a very good comeback which I hope will stay until the end of the season enabling Real for a good chance of some Trophies either from the Champions League or the La Liga.
