I've been thinking about it lately, and I think it is the best thing to do, I thought Real players, Galacticos just needed someone who support them, that make them feel good, and they would perform by themselves, without hard trainings or complex tactical play.....but I was proved wrong! After all it seems that the Galacticos are human as well.
We all know that Real us not playing well right now, much things have been changed, to see if the team could lift their performance, but nothing. I think we need a 'Galactico' coach, who manages the team in the way it should be managed, that is based on hard work and motivation, and a good balance between it. It was proved that a coach like Camacho can't sucess in Real, and now we are seeing as Remon is about to fail too.
We need to get a coach who can be able to find the balance between his sucessors, a guy that make subs on time, that can rotate the team properly, that is not afraid to bench a star, who is not afraid to give a chance to a bench-warmer, who works hard in the trainings, but at the same time that can deal with the Galacticos, a person who knows how to treat them, how to motivate them.
Every season Perez looks for a 'Galactico' to sign......maybe this time is time of looking for a coach.

del Neri , Roma's coach is a tactical prodigy and good motivator , but unfortunately had already accepted Roma's offer . The excellent strategists had been hired already . As far as I am concerned the only unemployed good tactician are Bobby Robson and Del Bosque ,
But my friend told me , he is very knowledgable about football . He mentioned there are alot of tactical prodigy ; excellent coaches in Serie A and serie B teams .

I agree with you Leon of Silvren, that a new coach that can motivate the team should be bought instead of new players.
But I'm also worried about the way Perez is buying players like he is buying toy's to play with for fun... because this new player he spent alot of money on (Johnathan Woodgate) which was supposed to "boost the defense" has not even shown up for a game due to injury.
I think players like Luis Figo and Casillas should have thier contracts extended instead of buying useless players that get injured alot especially in the Spanish League.

This season they should continue with Remon & get some players in January, and next summer I think Gerrard would be a great option, and yes a galactico coach is a must 4 next season........

I don't want to predict who would be good or who would be bad for Real, I said Camacho was the perfect coach for them...and yet he failed.

I think Mr. GarcÃ*a Remón has been tolerably good coach though he has not been able to get the team play like they could and should. Real's results have became better recently when compared to the disasterous beginning of the season.
I also think that it's not good for any team to have their coach changed several times during the season. If Remón is changed to someone else the new coach should be really good and stay atleast till the end of this season.

No I think the coach should changed after the season is over, changing it now will only cause more confusion in the team.
And I agree, Real has been playing better ever since he's on the bench, but are they playing with their fully potential??

It is not the coach really but players that Madrid lacks and that no coach can do without.

There were some talks that the trainings in Real were lame, and everyone knows Remon is not a football genious, if something is not working out, he just keeps it that way, he somewhat forces things to go well, and you can't do that, you have to apply some changes, make some variations, change the tactical system, the formation, etc. See, Del Bosque's formation is still used today, tell me that's not pathetic.....
Also, the subs, he never makes any subs before the 85 min. When a player in not playing well he doesn't take him out, he let him play even if he's not doing anything! We definitely need a new coach, because these players can still deliver.

You have been quite nasty the last few days dude. Do not know why but pls, refrain from such posts. Really, they are not needed at all, especially when you are no one to tell me what to do or to say what I know.
