Stupid rule in Serie A about stoppage time

another stupid rule they have put in Serie A is not to extend the stoppage time, even for a second. There have been cases where a free kick has not been executed bc the time is out, just like in basketball. in some case even the free kick barrier has been delaying by not respecting the distance and still the ref has not allowed the free kick to take place.

I think it is very stupid.

FIFA's president Stepp Blatter , should focus more important thing in football . Previously , he aggresively attack Beck's action in getting yellow card on purpose . He , stupidly with other individuals urged immediate investigation to be made about the conduct , where many coaches and players stressed it is stupid .

U should know to differentiate between professional fault and normal tactical fault . Getting yellow card on purpose is normal strategy adopted by players , like Samuel and Maldini . Tackling people slowly to make them fall down is different from tackling people to injure them . We should differenttiate them , the latter is unprofessional .

Another example of professional fault is falling down in penalty area on purpose to get penalty , like always done by Totti , Inzaghi , and Rooney . This should be restricted .

Another one is postponing game in many ways . Pathetically , todays referee doesnt handle this case fairly . The most justice are giving yellow card or giving fixed stoppage time , where it is actually injury time where it is given to game postponed due injury treatment . No flexible time given if players slowdown the game . So , whenever 3 minutes add time is given , the leading team will unprofessionally slowdown the game using some annoying actions , knowing that no more add time will be given .

There's definitely much things to be changed in football, unprofessional fouls, faking PK's and wasting time is just the tip of the iceberg. Referees should be more consistent on their decisions -sometimes you see a yellow-carded player making a foul that obviously deserves another card, and yet he don't receive it-, video review should be used more often to punish players/coaches/REFEREES, the offsides are in most cases a joke, and there are more things, however people at FIFA are too lazy to come with solutions.....

Well we base our rules on FIFA rules and so we can not really do what we want.

Every league has its own federation, I think he can change rules without permission from FIFA.....

Yes it depends, but then the stoppage time itself cannot be extended more then what is decided, one example: in a game its 3 min stoppage time given. in the 48 minute a free kick is given to the loosing team. the barrier is standing too close and delaying the action. the ref comes and gives yellow card to the barrier, then goes back to his position, but then doesn't allow the free kick to be kicked as the 48 minute is over.

There are more examples like that in Serie A. i watch some of the games and then watch the Contra-campo in the evening at Italia1.

this is what i meant and i think is stupid. refs should have more flexibility in this situations.

Many players do foul on purpose . But , in his situation , many reporters condemn his action as carelessly done , saying he got no brain . So , in the same media conference , he had to defend himself , by admitting he did that on purpose , and understood what he was going to do .

It's just like at first , reporters said to public that Beckham is stupid , so Beckham had to deny , meaning that Beckham vs reporters . However , stupid Blatters and one old English player exaggerate that thing , pretending that both of them are representatives from HEAVEN .

I'm with you on that, even when it sounds unfair, that's the rules, there's no better way to do it.
