What do you all think of him?
I think that he is better than Pavon.
Pavon lets lots of balls go through and isn't confident.
He might also go on loan to Wolfsburg. Shame.

I think Mejia is the best young defender we have. he is better than Pavon and Raul Bravo. He should definatly play more. If the loan thing is true, I wouldn't mind becuase there he might get to play. More time on the feild, more experience, that is something he could use.
no fear

Me or Mejia, or both. :D
Either way it's all good.
He finally got to play when Helguera got hurt. Not exactly the best time for him to go in, but atleast he proved he was better than Pavon.

Yeh agreed, he's definitely better than Pavon, he isn't a great defender, but at least he doesn't make the horrible mistakes that Pavon does. He's also young, he's got a great future.

I'd like to see him stay in La Liga, and maybe go on loan with no option to buy, and come back next season. He would be more experienced and probably a much better player in general. I just don't want him to go on loan and have the option to buy. You know?

For sure he'll not leave Spain, if he goes loaned he'll go to a spanish club -hopefully in first division- and yeh in a couple of seasons he could return with more experience and ability. But until that moment much things can happen, an option to buy isn't as bad as it sounds......
