That's the whole point.
Unfortunately the management of this forum is not set up in a manner that will allow moderators to police all threads and posters.
It's not your or any other moderator's fault. There are numerous threads throughout the entire forum that need some sore of action taken against.
"The Powers That Be" have not really taken into account all the negative activity that continues to take place.
While I don't like or particularly care for the attitude, I don't blame them for taking advantage of the "free reign" they seem to have.

The problem is that so far everything has been lip-service. Everyone talks about what is going to happen, nothing ever does. So far we have had way too many unfounded threats.
It is human nature to go against "the rules," especially if there is no one to enforce them.
