View Full Version : choice of soccer boots
I dont know what shoes to buy...I want shoes that will be resistant for a lot of years with detachable cleats. my two choices were nike air zoom total III sg or Adidas F 50 X-TRX SG ...the first is more expensive...but i dont know if it worth it. I like more the cleats of the adidas but the nike is more confortable i think...
plz help me to set my choice! its important for me

It's not like the F-50's are uncomfortable, I might go for those myself. But it's your choice overall!

I'm a winger, and for wingers the F-50's are really the best. They live up to their name. With the laces all tugged aways and everything, they are light, and they still feel comfortable, no matter how many sprints you take during the game.
thanks for this ...i think I will buy f50s because i dont have all my money to spend on soccer cleats! but...I am a midfielder and I run a lot in a game thats why I want to buy good boots! Are the f50s enough confortable for me??

Yeah, I hear they're pretty comfortable. They would be a good choice.

i have tried the f50 and i loved them, however they only lasted a little over half of a season. the total 90 III are not very comfortable i have heard compared to the later total 90 II's. i have tried the older II's and also loved them and they have lasted me for two seasons wich is much longer than most of my purchases. i am thinking about getting another pair of both. if your only going to get one pair, i would go with the total 90 II's, cause the F50's are mesh and when it rains you don't need to wear them. the II's may not look as cool as the new one's but from what i have heard, they are a lot more comfortable
