Birmingham City chairman David Gold admits he is worried about the team's shaky start to the season.
Steve Bruce's side are two points above the relegation zone and Gold says it is time to find out what has gone wrong.
"Our start hasn't been as good as it should have been," Gold told the Birmingham Sunday Mercury newspaper.
"That isn't a criticism but I think we are right to be concerned. When you're only two points clear of the bottom you have to stop and take stock."
After Saturday's defeat by Crystal Palace, Bruce highlighted his side's inability to score goals.

Gold agrees this is an area which could be improved in the January transfer window but until then he is keeping faith with the squad.
"The board will be wondering what areas need to be improved and, apart from an extra striker, I cannot see any," Gold explained.
"Unless I'm mad or blind, I can see one of the best squads that has ever been assembled at Birmingham City.
"So I have to say that it will come right in the end."
