who thinks that luis garcia is any good? before yesterday i wasn't convinced that he was but his goal was outstanding.

He does provide some good input to the team and you can't fault him for not getting involved in the play. But at times he does seem a bit wasteful with the ball to me.

Nice to see a midfielder get a few goals, we have been to reliant on Mikey for the past two seasons. Nice to watch as well!

Yes, he's done well, though a new striker to help replace Owen wouldn't be bad at all. The Cisse-Baros partnership doesn't seem to be working.

I am not all that impressed with Cisse. Well at least the few times I've seen Liverpool play. Perhaps such a massive transfer fee could have been used somewhere else.

Let's give him a chance, I mean how long has he been at Anfield? Couple of months or so. Henry took what seemed to be much longer than that to settle in at Arsenal, now see how he's doing... ;)
Talking of which, they're not dissimilar players...

Yeah, I wonder how much of an effect it will have on him afterwards. After a long time out as it no doubt will be, will his confidence have decreased through lack of playing whilst still new at the club?

luis garcia is quite good better than cisse and antonio nunez the big bargain but gerrard is out for biscan
