I wil be at the dotors at 4pm this afternoon, to get medication for my panic and anzerity attacks, I just hope they make me fel better a I am not felling very well at the moment, I am very stressed out and well its making me nervous, nearly colapsed sat and couldnt even hold a drink, I was shaking very badly, and my friend said should we go back to leicester, as we were in nottingham and I sai no it will go in 3 hours or so and it did, and no I was not drunk, I had only drunk 1/20 of the pint, I saw a guy I think I knew a long time ago and it stresed me out big time when he came over and said are you mike, and I had to say yes as my friend was there and it would of looked odd if I said no, he thinks he knew me from Liverpool, he thinks I lived there, I havnt even been there let alone lived there, I felt o faint, my head hurt and I could hardly breath, thought I was going to hve a stroke

i'm no expert on panic attacks but have you had everything else checked out like blood pressure, cholesteral level etc., i got a friend who's enemic and he get's faint and dizzy, also headaches.

blood presure is fine, last year went to hospital with suspected heart attack and they said it was fine
