ok this is the situation i play striker and me and my fellow striker think and can tell where the other is moving and what runs they r making we are also familar with our midfelders but we got a new foward that could help the team alot if he plays his position that would mean somebody would bench and me or my other striker would move to attacking mid the coach left the decision up to me cuz i am the captain what should i do????????????????????? keep the lineup or change it up?????????????

I'd put you in as the attacking midfielder and have your strike partner and the new guy as strikers. Try to make sure that you don't bench someone who contributes alot to the team, and you bench someone who offers less to the team than the new striker! Sounds obvious, but that's what I'd do in the situation.

Well if you feel you can offer more to the team than one of the other team members, then drop them for the team's improvement. Got to be tough about it sometimes, and it will probably make the dropped player work harder to gain their place - which can also only be good for the team.

although it's should be the coaches job to decide who's playing or not, you should attempt to put the best team on the field, even if it means benching your friend. By the way, make sure you deserve your spot on the starting 11, cause there's nothing worse than having a captain that can't lead on the pitch.

I think this forum is about questions/suggestions about the board, not any questions or suggestions.....
well leon, it answered his Q and it seemed to work out for him so no probs?

Yeah it worked for him, and that's good, but it'll be better if this tread would be in the right forum. How about creating a new tread about Real's game against Valencia in the introductions forum?? It'll make some people to post in it, but is that right??

Somebody can move the thread if they have to.

No it's not necesary because the discussion is already over, but I was just saying so it doesn't repeat again. Usually the tread gotta be moved as soon as it's submitted, but I don't know if there are any mods at all in this forum......
