For the first time in MLS history, we are seeing the final weekend of the season determining a playoff spot. There are still three teams vying for this position. They are: Colorado Rapids, Columbus Crew and Miami Fusion. If Colorado wins tonight, they are a lock. If they don't then the games tomorrow night will take on a new significance, including for the Mutiny. If LA wins tonight vs. Colorado, then the Mutiny MUST win to gain the 4th seed and the home field advantage.
I'll be at the Mutiny game and will post results from around the league by Monday.
